Since you have mild coronary artery disease (CAD) and are on nicorandil and beta-blocker (Metoprolol), you should not take Viagra (Sildenafil) without consulting your cardiologist.

Sildenafil can lower blood pressure and may interact with nicorandil, potentially causing dangerous drops in BP. Also, considering your vasovagal episode post-angiography, extra caution is needed.
