I have been experiencing throat pain on my left side since few weeks … I have tachycardia I am on beta blockers , my doctor said for a ultrasound of neck in which level 3 10 into 6 mm benign nodes with maintained fatty hilum . But since few weeks I have pain and I also feel something is stuck and I have ear pain sometimes with toothache

Having pain under right side of jawline and can feel the lymph node just below the jawline on the right side which perhaps has swollen and can feel it as a hard gland , the Pain increases at the time of chewing solid food and swallowing, No other symptoms persists like cough cold and fever, have taken Amoxicillin clavunanic acid 625 Mg twice a day for three days but no respite, kindly advise the best medications for the above mentioned. Sir Suddenly I feel a stretch in the veins of my nose and head and then I start feeling dizzy. I feel relieved only when I lie down. This has been happening to me for the last 2 years. After every 3 or 4 months, this happens for 3 or 4 days. Last time I consulted a doctor, he said swelling in the nose was the cause. After taking medicines, I got relief for a few months. Now the same thing happens again.
