There are many discrete pleomorphic ductular epithelial cells also. Opinion Cytology suggests a Cellular fibroadenoma or Intraduct Carcinoma-FNAC, left breast lump. For clinical and mammographic correlation. Excision is advisable to differentiate cellular fibroadenoma from intraduct carcinoma
