Breast cancer can have various causes, and not all cases are linked to genetic mutations. Factors like age, family history, hormones, reproductive history, etc. can also contribute to breast cancer risk. It's a complex disease and personalized treatment plans are required. I'd want to ask a few questions about colon cancer. My brother is a colon cancer patient and is undergoing chemotherapy. I'd appreciate it if you could let me know if nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and chest pain are usual symptoms.
Chemotherapy always has mild to moderate side effects. Nausea, Vomiting, hyperacidity and weakness are common side effects.
During the chemotherapy sessions and even after it some pre and post Chemotherapy drugs are prescribed to prevent or reduce these side effects. In case of extensive discomfort you should always consult your medical oncologist and seek his/her opinion

Melanoma skin cancer in stage 4 . How I increase survival rate
Female | 44
Stage 4 melanoma skin cancer means the disease has moved to other body parts. You may notice weird moles, spots that change, and feel unwell. Too much sunlight exposure causes it. Treatments like surgery, chemo, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy help. But survival rates rise by listening to your oncologist and checking regularly.

Hello, I have a few questions as follows: 1. Which is the best treatment for Lymphoma cancer with stage 2? 2. Can Immunotherapy alone can cure my cancer completely? 3. What will be the side effects of Immunotherapy? 4. How do the blood tests help in monitoring the cancer progress? 5. Which treatment has a speedy recovery while comparing immunotherapy Vs chemotherapy or radiotherapy?
As per my understanding you want to know about the best therapy for lymphoma stage 2. Treatment and Prognosis of a cancer depends on many factors, which include the type of cancer, its stage and the age and general condition of the individual. The treatment for stage 2 lymphoma depends on the type of lymphoma, medical history of patient, and others. Line of treatment is mainly chemotherapy, radiotherapy, immunotherapy and stem cell therapy. Any modality of treatment depends upon the condition of patient, his age, type and stage of cancer. Treatment is stage wise. Immunotherapy is newer treatment and side effects may be mild to severe like skin reactions, flu-like symptoms, body ache, diarrhea, headaches etc. Regarding blood test ,most of the investigations are on similar pattern which are use to diagnose the disease with few variations. But choice of treatment depends on the clinician's decision and as per the response of patient. Consult an oncologist - Best Oncologist In India. Hope our answer helps you.

Hello sir, I was diagnosed with an eye tumour last year and operated it. After 7 months of surgery, yesterday again I was diagnosed with a tumor in my neck. I am very much worried now. Why this is happening with me. Is there any chance to be cancer now?
Male | 59
Eye tumor is a very vague term. Oncologist will have to know exact diagnosis, current disease staging should be done by a radiological imaging like CT scan or PET-CT scan. A repeat biopsy can be done to confirm the diagnosis.

Throat cancer related? Mera gale ke cancer ka treatment ho chuka hai cemo aur radiation se 3 months ho chuke hai puchna tha mai kbtk solid food le paungi?
Female | 34
Chemotherapy and radiation therapy can cause difficulty swallowing and mouth sores, making it hard to eat solid foods. Sticking to liquid foods can help you recover slowly, and you can reintroduce solid foods once your throat heals.

I think i have skin cancer but i don’t know how to tell
Female | 14
If you suspect skin cancer, consult a dermatologist. Monitor any changes in moles or spots using the ABCDE rule. Take photos for documentation and avoid self diagnosis. A dermatologist can perform a thorough examination and potentially conduct a biopsy if necessary. Early detection is key for successful treatment.

Ive always had discharge for as long as I can remember and at my 8 week postpartum checkup the doctor checked me but said it wasn’t alarming because it’s not bothering me. I am currently 4 months postpartum and noticed I was getting discharge that had a slight odour and the discharge left rashes between my thighs and it got to the point I couldn’t wear underwear because the discharge would get more and I keep getting rashes. I noticed it getting a little bit better when I stopped wearing underwear the smell was still slightly fishy but not too terrible like before but recently after sexual intercourse I bled a little. Now google says it’s either the C word or some infection. I’m aware I should go doctor right away but I’m just not able to do so , my last two screenings for cervical cancer with my Pap smear came negative it was in 2018 and 2021. What’s the reason I bled?
Female | 27
Postpartum, it is normal to discharge but rashes and odor can prove an infection. Sex-related bleeding is not normal and may indicate a problem. This is why it’s important to go and see a doctor so that they can rule out any serious conditions. Cervical cancer screenings are also significant, but they do not detect all problems. If you are experiencing symptoms, do not waste time before seeing a doctor.
