For a year now, I've had a flattened bump on my under arm. It first started out as a blackhead, so I popped it. After that it stayed for several months. I tried to pop it still several times but it was to painful. When I finally popped it, a brown, rock solid nugget popped out of it. Now, it has flattened down but is still purple-ish, giving the impression of being bruised, and still looks as if there is something still inside. What is it?

My 6 year old has a bruised lump at the bottom of her neck / collar bone area. She has had it for a week and it is painful to touch. I am 14 years old. I had an appendectomy on 12 December, and my stitches were removed around day 8–9. Since about day 6–7 after surgery, I’ve been feeling intermittent discomfort and heaviness in my right testicle and groin. The pain is not constant; it comes and goes, sometimes dull and sometimes sharp, lasting a few seconds to a couple of minutes, and it improves when I lie down. I don’t have fever, redness, swelling, vomiting, or severe constant pain. The testicle sometimes feels heavier or firmer, especially when standing or moving. I’m able to walk and go to school. I’m worried and anxious about it and want to know if this is normal post-surgery healing or nerve-related pain
