Questions & Answers on "Ivf (In Vitro Fertilization)" (97)

My lmp is 4 July and I went for my first ultrasound scan on 27 august when my gestational age according to LMP was almost 8 weeks but the scan measured no fetus nor a gestational sac so I was recommended beta HCG test which reported 3129mIU/ml of HCG measuring to 5 weeks after two on September 10 I went for an ultrasound and my doctor said that the fetus hasn't grown after 5 weeks 3 days.. gastational sac measuring to 1.24 cm ...but my beta HCG report on the same day reported levated level of HCG measured to 6537.. now my doctor has advice to wait for another two weeks what are the chances of baby being there and is just not coming in an ultrasound because I haven't experienced as bleeding or spotting or even a change in discharge nor do I have nausea or vomiting... Although I do have headaches and I do notice Linea niagra showing up

Female | 18

Sharing the fetus's growth data might raise some concerns, but the absence of bleeding or spotting is a positive sign. However, the rising HCG levels and lack of embryo growth on the ultrasound need close monitoring. Symptoms like headaches and the appearance of Linea Nigra are common in pregnancy. Your doctor’s advice to wait another two weeks is sensible for further observation. During this time, focus on staying calm, eating well, and getting plenty of rest.

Can sperm detected after 10 days in human body

Male | 14

The onset of symptoms such as abnormal discharge, discomfort, or bad smell may be a sign of infection or other health issues. Should these symptoms appear, immediate contact with a specialist is necessary. A checkup with a healthcare provider is essential to find the main cause of the problem and to administer the proper therapy. The best practices of hygiene along with the safety of engaging in sex are of utmost importance. Your health should always come first, and a doctor should be the one to whom these concerns are communicated because they are qualified and will give you accurate advice, customizing it to the specific problem.

I have been trying to conceive for the past 2 and half years. My AMH level was very low- 0.4ng/mL. I had one failed IVF from one of the hospital in kerala. Then I consulted another doctor from another hospital and I was suggested to do Autologous Stem Cell Ovarian Treatment (ASCOT). My last menstrual period was April 16 2024. And my ASCOT treatment was done on April 23, 2024. From May 1, 2024 to May 3, 2024 I had a slight bleeding. After which I have not yet got my periods and my pregnancy test is also negative. On June 10, 2024 I did a Beta HCG test and AMH test. Beta HCG test result is negative and my AMH has decreased to 0.39ng/mL Is it okay that my AMH has decreased after the stem cell treatment or should it be increased? I have got an appointment on June 22, 2024 and the next treatment doctor would be suggesting is IVF. I would like to know the percentage of positive outcome after this IVF.

Female | 29

A small decrease like yours after ASCOT is usually okay because AMH levels fluctuate slightly. The success rate of the upcoming IVF can range from 20% to 40%, depending on factors such as age and health. Symptoms of low AMH involve difficulty conceiving. For fertility issues, IVF is a good option.

Why am I unable to get pregnant

Female | 22

There may be several reasons to explain why you can't conceive. It is crucial that you go and get examined by a fertility doctor or a gynecologist and get your infertility cause to be diagnosed. Whether you opt for IUI or IVF, they will offer you counseling and explain the available methods to enhance your chances of conceiving.

LMP: 14.10.2025 GA WITH LMP 7 WEEKS 0 DAY, EDD: 21.07.2026 A single intra uterine gestational sac is noted with irregular* margins. Fetal pole and cardiac activity is not seen at present. Decidual reaction is good. No evidence of subchorionic haemorrhage Average GS diameter = 4.7 mms (5 weeks 2 days) EDD 02.08.2026 Internal OS is closed. Both ovaries appear normal. No solid or cystic adnexal mass. No free fluid in cul-de-sac. IMPRESSION: A single intra uterine gestational sac is noted with irregular* margins with average gestational age of 5 weeks 2 days.

Female | 26

Based on what we've observed, it appears that your pregnancy is around 5 weeks and 2 days along. The irregular margins of the gestational sac could be due to various factors, sometimes just the way the ultrasound picks it up. It's not uncommon at this early stage to not yet see the fetal pole or cardiac activity. This doesn't necessarily indicate a problem; it might just be too early to detect. We'll want to monitor this closely. I recommend a follow-up ultrasound in a couple of weeks to check for any developments. In the meantime, try not to worry too much; these early stages can be uncertain, but we're here to support you every step of the way.

Starting pregnancy me glti se मेथोट्रेक्सेट15 mg lelu ho to ky kre

Female | 26

Methotrexate is a medication that's typically used for conditions like rheumatoid arthritis or certain types of cancer. However, in pregnancy, it can pose risks to the developing baby. The best thing to do in this situation is to contact your gynecologist right away. They can assess your specific situation and provide guidance tailored to you. It's important not to panic, but it's crucial to get medical advice promptly. Your gynecologist may recommend additional monitoring or steps to ensure the safety of both you and your baby.

144 bpm show in ultrasound the 144 bpm show which baby gender boy or girl

Female | 26

The heart rate of 144 beats per minute that showed up on the ultrasound is actually more related to the baby's heart health than their gender. It's totally normal for a baby's heart rate to be around 120-160 beats per minute during the second trimester. So, this heart rate doesn't give us any clues about whether it's a boy or a girl. To find out the gender, you might want to consider non-invasive prenatal testing or wait for your next ultrasound when it might be more visible. In the meantime, focus on taking care of yourself, staying healthy, and enjoying this special time.

Sir... My BHCG result 635.61... please till me i am pregnant or not....

Female | 25

Your BHCG result is 635.61. This test determines if you are pregnant. The BHCG result is over 5 from which pregnancy could be determined. The usual finding of pregnancy is missed periods, nausea, and breast tenderness. BHCG is a pregnancy hormone, and its levels will increase during pregnancy. If you are thinking that you might be pregnant, you should go to your doctor and make an appointment for health screening and treatment.
