Hello, I am Rasima and I am 19 years old. Today my periods came in the morning and I started having a lot of pain. I am feeling dizzy and vomit also came everything was fine till afternoon after that my periods flow gets slow and the colour of my blood is chocolaty brown type and from night till now my periods stop no blood in one i want to know about this plzz reply. You might have dysmenorrhea, also known as painful periods. The pain could be causing the dizziness and vomiting. The blood might have turned brown because it is older and took longer to come out.
