These are not spasms; I do them, but I can't stop them. When I try to stop myself, I feel like I'm going to explode. The issue was minor in childhood and significantly reduced during adolescence almost to the point of disappearing. However, over the past few years, the problem has worsened significantly. I have dizziness. CBC, Triglyceride, Cholesterol, LFT, FBS tests are normal. This gets escalated after eating. With it, my anger level goes higher. I have gastritis and probably IBS-C. I don't have stress, anxiety or depression. My ears are not blocked and my eyes are okay. I feel heaviness in my eyes when this dizziness happens to me. It happens to me once in a month and then disappear after a week or ten days.
