In terms of diet for PCOS and hair, try to include a balanced diet made up of a lot of fruits, green vegetables, and whole grains in your meal. Avoid sugar and junk food in your diet. Regular physical activities also assist with PCOS symptoms. On the other hand, for your hair, you should eat a balanced diet with adequate amounts of vitamins and minerals, especially biotin, which is found in nuts and legumes, such as lentils, zinc in chicken and sardines, and iron in red meat and spinach. Remember, drinking enough water is also important.
