It sounds like you’re experiencing challenges related to weight gain and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), which can often be linked to hormonal imbalances. Symptoms may include irregular periods, fatigue, and difficulty managing weight. A balanced approach, including dietary adjustments and physical activity, is crucial; consider working with a nutritionist or fitness expert. Additionally, stress management techniques may help. I advise seeing a gynecologist who can evaluate your situation and suggest tailored treatments, such as medication or specific lifestyle changes.
