If you had safe sex, and the test showed no pregnancy, it is most unlikely to get pregnant. Thyroid issues, PCOS, and too much exercise could also be the other reasons to delay periods. Try to ease, eat healthily, and work off weight. If this continues, make an appointment with a gynecologist.
