When can i eat chips after jaw surgery?

Hi, I was playing football and me and a mate were tackling I went to kick the football and accidentally caught the front of my ankle on the goal post. It has no swelling but I am having to use my umbrella to stay stood up and I can't put much pressure on it.

I am 28 years old, my right heel and foot is very painful for more than one month, my doctor prescribed some medicines but the pain has not cured. Xray report are normal.

Plantar fasciitis, which is when the tissue that connects your heel bone to your toes becomes irritated, maybe the reason for this. Stretch gently your feet, wear the right kind of shoes, and apply ice over the painful area to ease the pain and inflammation. Besides, do not forget to rest your feet well. If the sore continues, it would be wise to see a physiotherapist who can help with certain exercises to strengthen the feet.
