I am 22 years old my leg was hit by a wood and it is swollen..I only take Panadol and use ice can u tell me if its fracture or not because when I walk it's hurting me....

Make sure to see an orthopedist who can do an X-ray to confirm if there is a fracture or not and before then, keep on taking Panadol for pain and apply ice to reduce swelling. Rest the leg as much as possible.
