How Can I Relieve 5-Day Chest Pain?
Chest pain after a blow can be concerning. It could be due to a muscle injury, rib fracture, or even internal organ damage. It's important to get it checked out by a cardiologist to rule out any serious issues. In the meantime, you can try applying ice to the area for pain relief and avoid any activities that worsen the pain. If the pain is severe, not improving, or you have any other concerning symptoms like difficulty breathing, please seek medical help promptly.

Moringa powder is best for 16 years old children
I suggest the parents be consulted by the pediatrician before offering Moringa powder to a 16 year old child. Even though Moringa powder is a dense resource of micronutrients, it remains unknown about its impact on children. A pediatrician can also tell the correct dosage and supervise that the health of a child is not compromised

Body Ache After Eating Chocolate Near Rat Droppings
It’s possible that the chocolate was contaminated, especially if rat droppings were present nearby. Body aches could be a symptom of a mild viral infection or in rare cases, exposure to rodent-borne illnesses like leptospirosis or hantavirus.
✔️ Monitor for fever, chills, vomiting, or any worsening symptoms
✔️ Drink plenty of fluids and rest
✔️ Visit a physician if symptoms persist beyond 1–2 days or get worse
✔️ Avoid eating unpacked or exposed food, especially from unhygienic areas
Early medical evaluation is important to rule out any infection.

7 Din Pehle Giri Thi, Ab Tetanus Injection Lagwana Safe Hai?
agar aapko chot lage hue 7 din ho gaye hain aur aapne ab tak tetanus injection nahi lagwaya hai, toh abhi bhi tetanus toxoid (TT) injection lagwaya ja sakta hai — especially agar chot zakhmi thi, surface dirty thi, ya bleeding hui thi.
Tetanus ka virus soil, dust, ya rusty surface se aata hai aur yeh serious ho sakta hai. 10 din ke andar tak injection lena faida de sakta hai, lekin jitni jaldi lagwayein, utna achha.
Aas-paas ke healthcare centre ya clinic mein jakar TT injection turant lagwa lijiye.
Agar chot zyada gehri thi, toh kabhi-kabhi Tetanus Immunoglobulin (TIG) bhi recommend kiya jata hai.

Should I Be Concerned About Weight Loss?
It's good that your father's constipation is better now. However, losing weight after a viral infection is expected as the body manages to defend against the infection. Mucous membrane pain and swelling might be due to the inflammation response of the body to the virus. Since the constipation is better and the fever is gone, it's okay. If the weight loss persists or if any new symptoms develop, see your doctor.
