I have this razor bumps that has refused to go I ve used ketoconazole cream but still no results

At times, ingrown hairs cause little red bumps which can be annoying. I know that ketoconazole cream works great for some skin problems but I’m not sure if it would help with razor bumps. Maybe try using a mild exfoliating scrub to get rid of these pesky little bumps. Do not shave over them until they have cleared up!
