I am 62 year old. I have been taking medicine for last 4-5 year. Heart pumping was set at 42% from last 3 year , but I had got heat attack 2 times and now pumping work at 30% and No blockage, now what should I will do ?

I have a heart rate of around 96 during resting, and could rise up to 110 or 111 during resting. I calculated this through Apple Watch.

Your dad, who is 71 years old, experienced an ischemic stroke 14 days ago. As a result, he lost sensation on his right side and has some speech difficulties. He is currently taking medication for his condition. After the stroke, he experienced nausea and chest discomfort. Although he underwent cardiac tests, all the results came back normal.
