Questions & Answers on "Sexology Treatment" (1225)
Hi, I am newly married just few days and we are still exploring things while having sex however no matter how much I perform I am unable to ejaculate while having sex however I have been masterbating before marriage and then I was able to ejaculate but why not now
Male | 26
The inability to discharge during lovemaking, which used to be possible, could be a consequence of several factors. Stress and performance tension are two of the reasons. The exclusion of anybody's problems from it is also good. Shift to the ideas of mutual understanding and frank discussion with your partner and see a physician if you are interested in treatment you can also consult a sexologist for treatment,.

You might be having urinary incontinence. It appears when your bladder fails to control the rush of urine. Many reasons can be attributed to this condition such as weak muscles or a bladder infection. Water intake is always beneficial, but you might have to visit a urologist. They may propose pelvic floor exercises or certain pharmaceutical products for bladder retraining to solve this kind of phenomenon in you.

I want to decrease my sexual arousal. Is there any medication for that?
Female | 31
Yes, there are MEDICATIONS to decrease sexual arousal. These medications are called anti-androgens. They work by blocking the effects of testosterone and reducing libido. But without discussing your other hhealth issues it is not possible to prescribe any medicine here as these medications can have side effects and may not be appropriate for everyone. Other methods for decreasing sexual arousal include therapy, meditation, and physical exercise. Remember, it's natural to have sexual feelings, but it's important to control them in appropriate ways..

Doctor In between sex with my wife i heard a cracking sound when she was on upward position but i ignore it and complete my sex and discharge in a while after hearing cracking sound. After sex i only feel a little bit pain but no swelling no blood nothing change in my penis its like nothing happen its now 2 days this incident happen my penis erect working nice that's nothing happen to it its normal the main problem is after seeing on youtube about penile fracture i am now afraid that in a future that will harm my penis dysfunction. My question is with you that looking normal working normal penis what you suggest on this please give me your answer. Thankyou
Male | 42
Experiencing concern upon hearing a cracking sound during sex is something that makes sense. Nevertheless, because you don't observe any signs such as swelling or acute pain, and your erections are carrying out their normal performance, it most probably will not cause a significant injury. Penile fractures are unusual and they are usually the cause of intense pain, swelling, and bruising. If you still have any problems or you're experiencing new symptoms, it would be better to visit a sexologist to get the right diagnosis and reassurance.

Hi, I am 31 years old from Pakistan, since childhood I have feelings for the same gender, due to which i masturbated excessively and watched porn a lot. Now, at this point my penis is quite small in flaccid around 1 inch and if somehow i get to erect, it's almost less than 4 inches in size. I am looking for treatment options if there is any possibility that if I can gain the same vitality and size and girth again. I am quite depressed because of this and unable to go for any marriages option. I need help. Please help me. Guide me. What should i do.
Male | 31
It's understandable to feel concerned about your situation. Variations in size, especially in a flaccid state, are common and can be influenced by various factors, including genetics and hormonal levels. Excessive masturbation or pornography is not typically linked to permanent changes in size. I encourage you to consider consulting a sexologist who can provide personalized advice and explore potential treatments or therapies that can help improve your well-being and confidence.

I am a 21 year old male and I saw a urologist for a groin pull back when I was 18. Upon examination he said my testicles were a little small. I measure at about 2x2 inches for both. Do these measurement seem a little small ? I think I notice a change in size myself. I had my testosterone levels tested and came back normal. What could be causing the atrophy and is it reversible ? I had an orchiopexy when I was 12 to prevent torsion. I had pain in my testicles back then but wasn’t torsion, surgery was done to prevent such occurrence. Can tacking the testicles cause atrophy overtime ? I don’t drink, smoke, or do drugs. I keep myself healthy as much as possible. Is there a correlation between ejaculation frequency and testicle shrinkage ? Thanks

Partner ke Main part mai blood chala jaye to kya hoga
Female | 18
There are a few common reasons why this might happen. It could be due to a minor injury, like a small tear or irritation in the delicate tissues. Sometimes infections or hormonal imbalances can also cause this issue. It's essential to reassure your partner and encourage them to see a gynecologist for a proper evaluation. In the meantime, advise them to avoid intercourse to prevent any further discomfort.

I am a 18 year male i have been suffering from erection dysfunction from last 7-8 days…i was taking too much alcohol and cigarettes from last months…and have taken over 30 vigra pills…in last month
Male | 18
ED (erectile dysfunction) is when it's difficult to get or maintain an erection. Symptoms may include trouble getting or staying hard, or even lower sexual desire. Your use of alcohol, cigarettes, and too many Viagra pills could be causing the issue. It's best to avoid these and focus on healthy habits like exercise, a balanced diet, and enough rest. Allow your body time to recover, and if the problem persists, visit a sexologist for further help.

He has been tested with finger prick method
Male | 24
These signs might be because of many things such as stress or bad eating habits. But don’t worry, your brother’s test result was negative which is good news but to ease your mind, you should also take an HIV test among others after discussing with a doctor about the issues at hand.

Premature ejaculation, I masturbate in my fast, senen passes with urine, when I talk or chat with my girlfriend automatically Water type liquid comes from my penis
Male | 28
You might be experiencing premature ejaculation and urinary leakage, which are common issues. Premature ejaculation occurs when a person reaches climax too quickly during sexual activity, while urinary leakage can occur due to muscle problems. The fluid may resemble either semen or urine. Engaging in relaxation exercises during intimate moments and following advice such as pelvic floor strengthening sessions or consulting a medical professional can help address these concerns.

Am 63 years old. I have serious medical issues bordering me. 1) By penis is becoming smaller like that of a 13 year old boy. 2) I can have sex in different days and times but would only release spam one out of six. 3) I do have constant back pains. 4) My penis easily go soft during sex after few minutes and can only go one round. What can I do? George
Male | 63
Your penis size and erectile function can change with age due to decreased testosterone levels, leading to issues like erectile dysfunction and a smaller penis size. The back pain might be unrelated, but it's still important to address. I recommend scheduling a check-up with a sexologist who can assess your hormone levels and overall health. They may recommend lifestyle changes, medications, or other treatments to help improve your sexual function and manage your back pain effectively.

how to squirt. and where is the g spot
Female | 14
'The G-spot appears to be a few inches inside the vaginal canal wall and slightly above the skin of the abdomen in most cases. Nevertheless, it may become very sensitive in some women. Relaxation and arousal that are appropriate for the partners during sexual activities intensify the feelings of satisfaction. The methods that are known are such as mild pressure or a rhythmic movement in that place. If sexual health or experience is a concern for you, consult a sexologist for individualized counseling to guide you and make you feel more secure.

I am a 25 year old boy or am I having sexual problems? It is as if I am having sex with my partner, my sperm is falling out a lot or my sperm is also becoming watery.
Male | 25
This might come from premature ejaculation or problems in sperm quality. Premature ejaculation refers to the event of discharging sperm too quickly during the intercourse. Additionally, a condition such as thin semen can be a side effect of stress, malnutrition, or certain diseases. An approach to handling this would be to relax your body, eat a balanced diet, and discuss the issue with a sexologist
