Dr. Heta Haresh Thakker has a Masters degree in Exercise Science from the USA and a Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy. She is a certified Health Fitness Specialist from the American College of Sports Medicine and a certified Nutritionist. She is a former National 800 meters medalist. Fitness is her passion, she believes in bringing an earnest change in the lifestyle of people. Being a physiotherapist she also adds that injury prevention is the primary focus of her goal-specific quality training. Train smart, function better and stay healthier is her motto! Having an in-depth knowledge of exercise physiology and physiotherapy, she uses evidence-based approaches for rehabilitation and conditioning. She also plans and conducts sports specific fitness testing as an assessment tool to monitor the progress of the clients.
