Hi i am 63 yrs old have been a diabetic 20yrs. My problem i am constipated so bad that i get cramps in my tummy.i have used laxet a full botel tummy goes once then i feel ok till bed time...cramps are very very sore.i need something to get the blockage out...that what i think.
