Female | 28
It is a fact that breasts can differ slightly in size, which is normal. However, in case of a case when one side of the breast is too big, painful, or swollen, you must be concerned. This may be a result of hormonal changes, cysts, or an infection. It is highly recommended that you visit an oncologist to get it checked and find out the right treatment.

I'm 29 year female and having pain in my right breast and not whole breast only one side and when I press the pain is more bt there is no any lump or any thing since 4 days pain continue
Female | Lima Bailung
It seems like you are experiencing pain in your right breast. Pain in one breast without any lumps can be caused by things such as hormonal changes, injury, or muscle strain. The absence of lumps here makes it a less serious issue. You can take pain relievers like acetaminophen. If the pain continues or worsens, it is best to consult an oncologist for a more thorough checkup.

I had 2 lumps ( fiberdenoma ) on my left breast and it's easily movable ...and I found the lump on November 2023 now also it has not gone ...now I was feeling a lump on my right breast also ...and it also easily movable...not having any health issues anything like that
Female | 22
Fibroadenomas are the predominant cause of these lumps. They are caused by hormonal changes and they are not cancer. They can be discovered on their own due to fluctuating hormones when a woman's period cycles. They are painless, moveable, and without any problem. To be perfectly sure, one should go to the hospital and get it examined thoroughly. Even if it is frequent the hospital may demand additional tests. Keep in mind not to freak out but you'll require a professional check for any changes in your breasts that are unaccountable by logic.

You I have had pain in only one breast since last December. The pain use to come and go. But it’s be straight pain for 4 months now. Sometimes I feel shooting pains and it goes into my armpit and down my arm. My nipple has a skin tag on it. My break has a discoloured spot about two inaches away from nipple. Not on my nipple but really close to it I have little little lumps where thick puss can come out. My nipple itself is not inverted but there is an indent right beside the nipple. Two months ago for about 3 days my gland on my neck right above my collar bone was swollen on the same side as my breast with problems
Female | 25
Pain, shooting pains, skin changes, lumps with pus, and swollen glands are all signs that need attention. All of these could be the result of different things, one of them being infections, the other one being breast cancer, but that is less common. It's vital to have an oncologist look at you and, if necessary, run tests for a definitive diagnosis and treatment.

During pregnancy, hormonal changes can lead to such lumps, often due to cysts or benign growths. However, it's crucial to have it checked by a gynecologist to rule out any concerns. I recommend scheduling a visit with a gynecologist or a breast specialist for a thorough evaluation. Remember, most breast lumps in pregnancy are harmless, but it's best to get it checked for peace of mind.

I found a small lump under my right breast about 2 weeks ago. It’s not painful, but it feels firm and hasn’t gone away. I’m really scared it could be cancer. What should I do?
Female | 32
A new lump in the breast should always be evaluated by an oncologist. Most lumps are benign (like fibroadenomas or cysts), but it’s important to rule out malignancy. I’d advise getting an ultrasound of both breasts and a clinical examination. Depending on findings, a core biopsy may be needed.

Name sarani toppo world like to ask that recently diagnosed with TNBC .PDL-1 test report is positive Is it mandatory to go for immunotherapy
Female | 37
TNBC is a type of breast cancer that is difficult to treat. A positive PDL-1 test could mean that immunotherapy would be effective. You don’t have to, but it can help your immune system fight off cancer cells more effectively. Immunotherapy adjusts your body’s defenses so they can attack the cancer better. Make sure you discuss this with your oncologist though.

If the sun is strong, the use of sunglasses protects better from the sunshine. Nevertheless, the sun's rays are really dangerous, so natural means should make you. Don't forget that a wide-brim hat and sunglasses used together provide a shade. Is it true that the form of your outfit can create feelings of hot flashes? Is this a sort of tonic that you look like? For example, a nude top might result in stares from others. As for the effects of laser hair removal on leg veins, it vary, but typically the veins respond very well.

Breast pain could be due to hormonal changes, like your menstrual cycle, causing tenderness. Sometimes it's just a bit of inflammation or muscle strain. In fact, even wearing a poorly fitting bra can lead to discomfort. Here's what you can do: try wearing a supportive bra, apply a warm compress, and maybe take some over-the-counter pain relief if needed. However, if the pain persists or you notice any unusual lumps, it's best to see a gynecologist for a proper evaluation.

Experiencing swelling, tenderness, or unusual changes in breast tissue can occur for various reasons, such as hormonal fluctuations, cysts, or infections. These changes are often benign but should not be overlooked. To manage discomfort, consider maintaining a healthy lifestyle, wearing supportive bras, and applying warm or cold compresses as needed. I am 32 years old. I have a 2-year-old daughter. My mother has breast cancer and is undergoing treatment. I noticed a mass in my breast 3 weeks ago. There are no signs of cancer. It is fixed, does not move. And I do not feel pain the size of a lentil. I was last evaluated in the Bırads 3 category 7 years ago. I have not been examined since. Are fibrocysts or fibroadenomas mobile cysts or masses?
Dişi | 32
Fibrocysts and fibroadenomas are typically non-cancerous. Usually, fibrocysts are bigger and can shift, like a grape, and they are associated with hormonal changes. Usually solid, can be movable, are fibroadenomas which are common in younger women. The outward signs may manifest as a lump in the breast. For sure, it is advisable to go to an oncologist.
