Essentially failure of the right ACL graft. Blunting of the free edge of the body of the right medial meniscus. Indeterminate appearances of the root of the posterior horn of the right medial meniscus. Tearing of the right lateral meniscus at the junction between the posterior horn and body. An early right knee 'cyclops' lesion cannot be completely excluded. Very early right knee joint degenerative changes.
Male | 25
Your right knee is having some issues. One of the causes of pain, swelling, and the inability to move the knee can be an incorrectly functioning graft that the ACLs are made of. The meniscus tears can cause more pain and problems with your knee bending down. The 'cyclops' lesion may be why it is difficult to straighten your knee. When early changes in the joint are seen, this may be an indication of the wearing down of the knee joint cartilage. Physical therapy and possibly surgery may be needed to treat these conditions. Consult your orthopedic doctor for the best treatment plan.

I'm 19 yrs old girl, I'm getting pain in my knee cap while going up the stairs, the pain gradually decreases when I stopped moving upstairs.I do feel the pain even more when I'm cycling on a steep or elevated.Normally I don't feel any pain while doing daily activities.I don't even know what causes me pain in my knees.I didn't fall down in the past, but I cycled too much during the covid time in between 2019-2021& may be that's when I started feeling pain for the 1st time. Can you tell me why this happens, can I know the name of this kind of pain so that I can take care of myself?
Female | 19
According to what you said, it seems like you might have patellofemoral pain syndrome, which is a condition where the kneecap does not move smoothly over the thigh bone thus resulting in pain. Doing cycling excessively can also trigger it. Rest the knee, perform some light stretches, and do some strengthening workouts. See an orthopedist if the pain persists.

I am 17 years old female. A heavy metal object fell on my knee which caused bruising. I didn't have any pain after that but then in June my knee started to hurt for a few days. The pain was mild. Then in September the pain came back and it was worse. My knee had swelled up a bit, my knee was popping and it hurt continuously for 3 weeks. After that my knee pain calmed down a bit but it has been hurting mildly continuously since then.
Female | 17
Sounds to me like you've somehow injured your knee, which can trigger swelling in the knee, pain, and the popping of the joint. The first impact might cause an internal shift, due to which your symptoms might be explained. Advisably, you should stop addressing your knee; in such cases, the application of ice cubes will, no doubt, help diminish swelling, and finally, resting your leg a little higher might be helpful. Analgesia drugs, such as those bought without any prescription may also, be of some use, but much stress must be given to the examinations of an orthopedist. They can examine your knee in detail and advise on treatments that will help you improve.

Female | 78
The X-ray report suggests that your mother has a right femoral neck fracture with osteoporosis of the bones. Furthermore, she has mild to moderate spondylotic changes in her lumber spine. Your mother should see an orthopedic specialist to assess and determine the treatment plan for her fracture/osteoporosis.

Muscle knots due to stress all over back and neck. Very healthy but slightly high lymphocyte count but doctors say its fine. I am so freaked out
Female | 15
Muscle knots are usually caused by stress. Stress & tension later develops in the form of muscle tightness and discomfort called muscle spasms.
Regarding your slightly high lymphocyte count, if your doctors have reassured you that it is not a cause for concern, it's generally best to trust their expertise. Minor variations in blood cell counts can occur without indicating a serious health issue.

My hips pain inside side sometimes no pain in daily activity or urination no daily sometimes but in winter sharp pain and my pain sometimes outsides of vagina which has lines on both sides on the line with monopibious and side colors is red allrgic red what my conditions and symptoms ??i fell no pain in vagina and urination .and i face drops after urine which are eliminated by cleaning with tissue am unmarried
Female | 22
As you described, the sharp hip pain you get during the winter months and the redness and lines outside the vagina might be due to a condition called vulvar dermatitis. This can be painful but it is not the cause of pain inside the vagina or during urination. The drops after urination could be the muscle around the bladder causing it. To alleviate the discomfort, gentle washing and wearing cotton underwear may help. If the symptoms persist, an orthopedist can provide further guidance.

I have pain in my body. I get tired quickly while working. I can see less with my eyes. I start breathing quickly. I have pain in my legs.
Male | 29
It sounds like you're experiencing a combination of fatigue, discomfort, and vision issues, which can stem from various factors such as stress, nutritional deficiencies, or underlying health conditions. It's essential to take breaks during work, stay hydrated, and ensure a balanced diet rich in vitamins. Engaging in gentle exercises may also help with leg discomfort and energy levels. However, since you're experiencing these symptoms, I recommend scheduling an appointment with a orthopedist for thorough evaluation to identify any specific concerns and provide tailored advice.

I m suffering from sciatica pain for the last 5 months. No relief after physiotherapy, pain killers and stretching exercises. What to do now?
Female | 73
Sciatica is usually caused by pressure on the sciatic nerve. The result could be sharp pain down the leg. In case physiotherapy, pain medications, and stretching exercises have been ineffective, a change to other treatment methods such as epidural steroid injections, acupuncture, or surgery should be considered. Be sure to bring these treatments up with an orthopedist for the best plan to follow.

Pus is a sign of infection; hence, your wound can be infected. The next steps are to keep clean areas, apply an antibiotic ointment, and cover them with a bandage. Moreover, you need to talk to a doctor to be sure the wound is healing well.

Why do I have a bony lump on top of my left shoulder?
Female | 30
That bony lump is likely an "acromial spur." It happens from wear and tear on your shoulder joint. You might feel pain when moving your arm or raising it up high. To help with discomfort, try gentle shoulder exercises. Also, apply ice to reduce swelling. If the pain continues, see a physiotherapist for guidance. They can advise on ways to manage the condition.
