Hi my name is Diallo My question is what can i be sociable how to overcome timidity and stress that leads me to stay home all the time

Female | 30

It is okay to feel shy and stressed at times. Many people face this. It can feel hard to be with others. You might feel nervous, shy, or scared. But, you are not alone in this. Try taking small steps. You could join a club or talk to someone you trust. Taking deep breaths and learning to relax can also help lower stress. Move at your own pace. Take it slow.

I took herbal medicine and I have been hallucinating

Female | 32

Hallucinations can be a sign of many underlying conditions I suggest that you go to psychologist as soon as possible in order to find out the cause of your hallucinations. You need to give thorough medical history to the doctor in order to help with the diagnosis. Do not medicate yourself. Instead, seek professional help.

How to reduce adrenaline anxiety?

The inner glands produce adrenaline. Adrenaline is also known as the “fight-or-flight hormone.” It's released in response to a stressful, exciting, dangerous, or threatening situation. Adrenaline helps your body react more quickly. One can reduce adrenaline by activating relaxation response ( in contrast of fight and flight response) by doing meditation, yoga, playing a sport, listening to music ect. One can do relaxation exercises like Jacobsons progressive muscular relaxation, pranayam and through guided imagery.

My sister took 5 escitalopram and 2 mirtazapine together should I take her to hospital

Female | 18

Taking 5 escitalopram and 2 mirtazapine pills together can put your sister in great danger. This mix of medicines may make her very sleepy, confused, and give her a fast heartbeat or even seizures. These drugs can interact badly and harm her body. It is crucial to take her to the hospital right away so doctors can help her feel better and stop serious problems from happening.

Hi doc. How dangerous is mixing overdose valium 300mg zolpidem 300 dormicum 300 klonpin 60mg with alcohol

Male | 32

A combination of Valium, Zolpidem, Dormicum, Klonopin, and alcohol with an overdose is highly risky. It causes severe bodily damage due to the high doses. Symptoms like lightheadedness, bewilderment, and even coma, may appear as the respiratory rate starts to decrease. This synthesis can be the most harmful since it targets the brain and the heart breathing. If you or another person has overdosed, immediately find someone to lend a hand.

I have savere anxiety dipprestion can't go outside delusion of people are against me or they will harm me or they are making plans against me from a 1 year I spend my time in isolation in a room can't go outside everything is worse of life I checked to many psychiatrist and take many medicines but no relief what I do now

Male | 23

Delusions of people opposing you are troubling. Brain chemical imbalances or past trauma could cause these symptoms. Since psychiatrists and medications haven't helped yet, keep trying different treatments. Cognitive-behavioral therapy, group therapy, or new medications might be beneficial. Keep seeking help until you find what works best. Supportive, understanding individuals can make a difference too.

I recently found out I am pregnant. I am currently on antidepressants (50mg quetiapine, 150m Lamotrigine and 20mg escitalopram) should I be worried about the baby's development. I also had a miscarriage before, what can I do to keep baby healthy, are there recommendations for supplements

Female | 33

Pregnant women should have normal worries when carrying a baby after a miscarriage. The medications you've been prescribed can influence the development of your baby but quitting them too quickly can also be dangerous. This is the reason why it is vital to discuss this with your doctor. To promote your child's health, eat healthy foods and take prenatal vitamins, especially folic acid.

Several months ago, I experienced a sudden and strong fear in one of the cafes, to the point that I felt a squeeze in my heart, pain, and a very strong palpitation, as if it had reached my stomach. I had to cough to relieve the palpitations and suffocation. Days later, I quickly became afraid of the simplest, even daily, situations, even if a simple emotion caused me strong palpitations and suffocation. And the tremors and coldness of the extremities. I read about diseases of the adrenal gland and became very afraid. The condition increased with great fear. I now cannot stand leaving the house and am very afraid of any feelings, even if the feelings are happiness or good feelings and also i get dizzy when i stand up too fast is it possible that there is something dangerous with the adrenal gland?

Hello doctor i have always headache and laziness i tried of my liife please help me to out of darkness life to live life happily because life is very short and my age is 25 I wasted four to five years of my life doing nothing and when I remember them every time, why did I waste those four to five years now I have not got a degree and I don't have any such good skills. I can earn good money. And secondly, the tension of my family is always in my mind, these things are always going around in my mind because my family environment is very disturbed and nothing is going right here. And every time I'm stressed I always have depression

Male | 25

This could be due to stress, not enough sleep, bad eating habits, or maybe even depression. The best thing to do is take care of yourself by getting enough rest each night; exercising regularly will also help keep your energy levels up throughout the day. Healthy food can improve mood swings associated with this condition. You’re still young so don’t worry too much.

I have problems with getting to sleep. But I do shisha and after I do shisha it helps me to sleep, but it's not good for my help what can I do to do away with intial insomnia

Male | 27

Utilizing shisha for sleep isn't recommended at all. In addition, the difficulty of getting sleep is called initial insomnia, and two possible reasons for that may be stress, bad sleep habits, or the use of drugs like shisha. A potentially successful method to deal with the troublesome situation is to establish a bedtime habit that makes you relaxed and quit stimulants, and some consultation with a doctor might be helpful on time.
