What decongestant can i take while breastfeeding

Asked anonymously on 8th April, 2022 at 4:24 pm

Best is to take nasal decongestant sprays for a short duration as prescribed by your physician. It's locally acting, quick relief and a negligible amount is absorbed into the circulation.

My son was speaking well. He is 2 years old. But suddenly for the past 2 to 3 weeks he is facing difficulty is speaking. He faces difficulty is starting words. It looks like he is putting lot of pressure to utter the word. It happens randomly and does not happen always. When we ask him to tell the word again, he will try but some time having difficulties and he stop saying and other time he tried and some how he is saying with wrong word like he will say mammy to ammy and bappi to appi, Not sure of the reason for this sudden change. Any advice will be helpful. Thank you.

Hey I have 7.5 month old male…He had an episode of seizure which can be described by the eye witness as shivering, fixed gaze, not responding to stimulus and making different faces…lasted for about 2minutes but was unresponsive and eyes remained still for 15 minutes when we just arrived at hospital….Since his legs and hands are always cold, didn’t notice temperature earlier but at the emergency hospital temperature of 102.8 f was recorded…They secured i/v line And was observed for 24 hours…During the stay crp was 15.6 and normal cbc, metabolites and sugar level…On discharge they RAT test which was positive…Is it febrile seizure? Do children with COVID present the sameor some other concern…? help
