Foot got twist and now its swelling need medicine name
Male | 35
You might have twisted or sprained your foot. Swelling is part of your body's natural selection to help the hurting area. You are likely to reduce the pain and swelling by taking over-the-counter drugs like ibuprofen. Do not forget to rest the foot, elevate it, and apply ice. If the pain is increasing or there's no improvement, examine an orthopedist for more information.

Ma'am cat has bitten to my father in left leg what to do for treatment tell me
Male | 40
The foremost thing is to wash the wound with warm water and soap. Following this, put the dressing on the wound using a new bandage. Check the area around the bite for redness, swelling, warmth, and pus. Each of these might be infection symptoms. You need to visit your healthcare provider if you observe these signs. The main treatments for infections at home are wound cleaning and dressings.

High gread partial tare acl towards femur
Male | 24
You have a partial tear of the ACL, where it remains attached but has been significantly torn near the thigh bone. This can happen due to a knee ligament sprain or strain. Symptoms include pain, swelling, and difficulty moving the knee. Immediate causes are sudden bending or excessive knee movement. Treatment options may involve resting the joint, doing physical therapy, or undergoing surgery to repair the tear. It's crucial to follow an orthopedist's advice for proper recovery.

I have severe knee pain when I stand up for too long and I have just noticed there is a large indentation in my knee
Male | 59
You have patellofemoral pain syndrome. This condition causes pain around or under the knee cap, which can spread to the side of the knee. It's often due to overuse, weak muscles, or improper knee-cap positioning. Exercises to strengthen leg muscles and supportive sports shoes can help. A key part of treatment is avoiding activities that worsen the pain.

I've had pain in the sternum, top of left arm, left shoulder blade and ribs for months now. I'm 36. I'm seeing physio and noone really knows what it is! I had an ECG, fine. Bloods, pretty much ok. The back shoulder blade is now awful and constant!
Female | 36
You've been experiencing pain in the sternum, left arm, shoulder blade, and ribs. Such discomfort can have many sources, for instance, a muscle strain or inflammation. It is a happy occasion when the results, such as ECG and blood work, are in the normal range. Physiotherapy can be a solution for the everlasting pain in the shoulder blade. Visit an orthopedist suitable for treatment.
