Sir I get night fall release sperm and my clothes do get on with I m unable to wash clothes and after getting dry using clothes and placing things it is it any harm or when I feel it's touch I feel like needed to clean hands. Can we put hand on dried sprm and is necessary to wash hands. suffering form fear of sperm last few days that everything might have a sperm contact I washed my hands whenever i touch anything at home outside or in washroom... This makes me uncomfortable i just don't want to suffer from this... Even washed clothes puts fear in me... These are not spasms; I do them, but I can't stop them. When I try to stop myself, I feel like I'm going to explode. The issue was minor in childhood and significantly reduced during adolescence almost to the point of disappearing. However, over the past few years, the problem has worsened significantly. Currently, I'm squeezing my body's vertebrae, especially my neck, and I feel like it's twisting. I consulted a psychiatrist and neurologist who said there is no organic issue, just a bit of anxiety.
