Why No Energy All Day?

Patient's Query

Answered by Dr. Vikas Patel

Feeling unmotivated and tired all day can really take a toll. It's tough when things we used to enjoy don't feel the same anymore. Having mild OCD on top of it can make things even more challenging. Sometimes when we lack inspiration or drive, it can be linked to changes in our mental health or even things like stress or lifestyle habits. It's essential to take care of both your physical and mental well-being. Maybe we can start by incorporating small activities you enjoy into your routine and consider speaking with a psychiatrist who can provide support and guidance tailored to you.

dr . i use risperidone now i stopped it. after risperidone i use tryptophan and tyrosine supplements but problem is my serotonin and dopamine level not increase it decrease my neurotransmitter level .this problem come i use risperidone haloperidol drugs. i use herbal (mucuna pruriens ,5htp) and amino acid supplements for neurotransmitter it same my serotonin dopamine level decreased. dr why it happened ?how to it cure. ?

Male | 23

Addressing issues related to neurotransmitter levels requires consultation with a psychiatrist or neurologist. Discontinuing medications such as risperidone and haloperidol can lead to a drop in serotonin and dopamine levels. Additionally, the use of supplements like tryptophan, tyrosine, 5-HTP, and mucuna pruriens may also affect neurotransmitter levels. It's essential to consult a specialist for proper diagnosis and treatment of any potential imbalances beforehand.

Hi I am 29 years old and a female I have acute insomnia and don’t have the funds to find out which medication can make me sleep, I’ve tried Adco zolpidem (I need to take 3 to sleep, and it doesn’t keep me asleep) and dormonoct and neither have worked. Please advise me on what medication is the strongest and will help me sleep through the night

Female | 29

You're going through ataxic insomnia. Insomnia is the condition of the person who finds it difficult to sleep. It may occur due to stress, worries, or illnesses. Because Adco Zolpidem and Dormonal Act have not worked for you, I would recommend the try of melatonin. Melatonin is a hormone that the body naturally produces and it is responsible for controlling the daily and monthly rhythms. It is over-the-counter and besides, it might also help you in getting a full night's sleep.

It can be tough to manage weak memory, trouble speaking, feeling upset, quick forgetfulness as well as past depression. I see these problems may stem from too much phone use and frequent masturbation for many years. You should cut down on the mobile phone and get help from professionals. Doctors will show you what treatments are available for this condition and how you can change your lifestyle to improve your mental health.

I feel a heavy heart, I get nervous while working, I am unable to understand things. To be firm, to sometimes be right, to not be unstable in mind

Male | 26

Experiencing tightness in your chest, jumping around, and becoming nervous while working is usually the result of tension or anxiety, which may cause your concentration to be muddled and leave you feeling incapacitated. To acknowledge and accept these emotions might be one of the most important things you can do. Try self-help techniques such as meditation or mindfulness to destress your mind. Daily physical exercises and a good diet can make you a happier and clearer person. If they continue to occur and get worse, I recommend you talk to your family doctor who will offer you qualified help and guidance.

OCD or Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder can take a long time to get better. It's very likely that you can remain on Flunil for a longer time period to gain relief from any remaining symptoms.

I'm experiencing many stress feelings because my past desicions

Female | 20

I don't see any need for worries or fears when you are looking back on your achievements. The most frequent expressions of the problem are anxiety, agitations, and inability to focus on the situation at hand. These responses are a result, in many cases, of suppressed feelings or concern about the future. To handle these emotions, you can use mindfulness techniques such as deep breathing and meditation. Doing other recreational activities and talking to supporting siblings can be both physically and emotionally beneficial. Go to a doctor right away or if you need help desperately, I advise you to see a medical professional. They can give specific care and resources to support you while you go through tough times.

Porn addiction very much. How can I overcome this problem

Male | 45

It can also be triggered by different aspects like stress, and boredom, or it might be just a custom factor. To get over it this, try imposing some limits like sticking to certain times of the day to spend in front of the television, discovering other hobbies or activities that will mean a busy mind, or enlisting the help of friends or a therapist who can work with you through these moments and to the source why you choose porn.

Hello i had a panic attack yesterday and my hands and feet were going numb also my mouth so i went to the ER they did 2 syringes in my stomach of Aqua then they did one behind of diazepam i am a regular smoker and i wanted to smoke could i? If i cant should i buy a no nicotine pack?

Female | 16

The numbness of hands, feet, and mouth is the result of decreased blood flow in panic attacks. The effect of smoking on the body can make people suffer from panic attacks. Given the fact that you were prescribed diazepam at the ER, smoking might hurt it. Stay away from smoking as it is better for you. If you are in bad shape and have to, you can try a no-nicotine pack.

I smoked a lot of thc oil daily many times and I’m wondering how long it will stay in my urine

Male | 23

Marijuana high stuff called THC that brings about a high mood can stick in your urine for a while. If you have smoked a lot of THC oil, it could have stuck in your urine for up to 30 days. The symptoms can vary but may include problems with memory, thinking, and mood. The solution is to run those with THC out of the system and help with some water intake to get flushed out.
