Sir I get night fall release sperm and my clothes do get on with I m unable to wash clothes and after getting dry using clothes and placing things it is it any harm or when I feel it's touch I feel like needed to clean hands. Can we put hand on dried sprm and is necessary to wash hands. suffering form fear of sperm last few days that everything might have a sperm contact I washed my hands whenever i touch anything at home outside or in washroom... This makes me uncomfortable i just don't want to suffer from this... Even washed clothes puts fear in me... Not able to concentrate on anything Plz give me a suggestion or give me appointment n treat me ... I have attended councelling for therapy... Therapist suggest me consult a psychiatrist for medicine.... Answer my query so that I can consult anyone from you.

Good day doctor Since childhood, I have always been pressing on my nerves and muscles throughout my body, and I can't control myself. It's like grinding teeth, but in my body, and it's voluntary. These are not spasms; I do them, but I can't stop them. When I try to stop myself, I feel like I'm going to explode. The issue was minor in childhood and significantly reduced during adolescence almost to the point of disappearing. However, over the past few years, the problem has worsened significantly. Currently, I'm squeezing my body's vertebrae, especially my neck, and I feel like it's twisting. I consulted a psychiatrist and neurologist who said there is no organic issue, just a bit of anxiety. I took medications for anxiety and stress, but there was no effect. Thank you very much for your time
