One should consult a psychiatrist or counsellor for proper diagnosis and further treatment, ie u have depression or bipolar disorder, as treatment and outcome is different for both disorders, however let the psychiatrist decide what medications to take as per u r psychological condition, and have never personally used glutathione in bipolar

I am a female, and mother of 2, My problem is. there is a constant feeling of lump or tightness in my throat. Like when you fight back tears. And I feel emotional for no reason, Most of the time in a day. But the tightness is always there. I suffer from depression and anxiety from past 7 years. And now on 150mg sertaline From past 2 years. Was on nexito 20mg for 5 years before that.

I am prescribed 0.50 mg of alprazolam as needed. I took my dose and do not feel anything and am still having an anxiety attack. It has been 2 and a half hours since I took that dose. Can I take 0.25 now or is it too dangerous? I have no health issues.

Don't take more medicine without going to a doctor. You may hurt yourself if you do anything harmful. At least attempt to find some other way besides taking so much Xanax all the time because that could end badly too, like speaking halfway or breathing deeply.  If these don't work then going to therapy would be great too.
