Help sir . Our patient Mr. Paresh Sangai is suffering from high grade tumour located in brain so what we have to do. There is any new technology useful for this type of tumour to cure without operating or doing biopsy. Please suggest as soon as possible.

  1. Since you say it's a high grade brain tumor, therefore we are assuming that it's cancerous. And surgery we fear is the only option, wherein the doctor will remove as much of tumor as is possible, and depending on the nerve it is situated near, it could cause other complications for the patient.

  2. Other less invasive options for brain tumor treatment are:
    • External beam therapy: where radiation beams will kill tumor cells
    • Brachytherapy: where radiation will be kept closer to the brain tumor
    • Stereotactic radio surgery (not an actual surgery): will use multiple radiation beams to kill tumor cells in a small area.
    • Chemotherapy: Oral medications
    • Targeted Drug Therapy: Targeting anomalies which allow tumors to thrive

You can also seek consultation from oncologists pertaining to this matter - Oncologist In India.

Meri friend ki mummy ko last stage cancer btaya h Doctors ne hands up kr diye but unki family unko wapas thik krna chahti h.. Kindly help us.

We do not know the type or severity of cancer except that it seems to have spread to distant body parts, so we cannot determine what her survival chances are. But in this stage there are some treatments which can either slow or prevent growth of cancer cells, or relieve symptoms produced by them.
Treatment options are chemotherapy, surgery, radiation therapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy.
You can get second opinions from specialists, they will understand better through personal examinations - Oncologist In India.

I harira bano age 46years female I AM suffering to bleeding nose early breast cancer treatment taken

Nosebleeds can be a common side effect that occurs post breast cancer treatments as they lower your platelet count. Platelets tend to collect at the site of injury and they usually make the blood clot. But as these treatments decrease your platelet count, they thus make you bleed on especially your nose.

To prevent your nose from bleeding:

  • Avoid itching or blowing your nose for 24 hours following the initial bleed.
  • Install a humidifier or vaporizer in your house to add moisture to the air, same is advised to keep your nose from drying as a dry nose is more prone to bleeding.
  • Avoid non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications (NSAIDs), but discuss with your doctor.

Mostly contact your doctor, but otherwise, you can look out for other oncologists for second opinions - Oncologist In India.

Now i want to do complete diagnosis lto make sure whether cancer germ is actually there or not and what disease i am suffering from. For this treatment which doctor and hospital will be the best in Hyderabad?

Badly i need a good suggestion for my father who is affected in a brain tumor. Some of Doctors suggested me to operation or some are not.In this situation i Don't understand what can i do.

Surgery is the primary treatment for the removal of tumors. But for those that are difficult to reach because of location, or just can't be removed (based on the composition of cells), there treatments such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy works.

Only a doctor can help determine what course of action is needed, and why.

Please ask these doctors the reason why they suggest whatever treatment that they do, and then discuss with others based on the reasons suggested by the former.
