Mere skin me black head agaya, pigmentation, dull ness ,iske liye ka treatment kare

For blackheads and pigmentation treatment (specifically dull skin), following methods can prove to be effective:

  1. Over-the-counter treatments: buy medicated creams/gels which contain the following as their ingredients - salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, and resorcinol. They eliminate bacteria, remove excess oil, and clear your skin off of dead skin cells. These acids can make your skin sensitive to sun however, so include sunscreen in your daily skin care regime!
  2. Prescription medicines: which will either contain stronger version of above mentioned acids, or will include more as well!
  3. Comedone extraction: wherein the doctor will use some device to extract the pug causing blackhead.
  4. Advanced clinical therapies: such as laser, microdermabrasion and chemical peel.

These treatments can be performed by a clinical doctor of relevant field only, which in this case would be a dermatologist, you can use our page to find them - Dermatologists in India.

I am 31 years old I have serious body skin issue After having bath My whole body skin start itching that to very very painful like some one has thrown ants on me to bite sometimes while taking bath its starts sometimes IMMEDIATELY after having bath It is very very painful for me to handle.

Your reason for whole body itching, followed by or during bath, could be eczema, extreme dryness, or even as a result of your skin's sensitivity towards soap. It could also be because of a neurotypical condition such as aquagenic pruritus, wherein skin contact with water activates your nervous system. It can be some fungal infection or bacterial invasion at play too, or even body lice infestation.
So contact a dermatologist as well as neurologist, and get yourself examined, our following pages could help:

Been having a lot of hair fall

In that case it's better to see a dermatologist, they will start with topical medications and lifestyle hacks and may movie on to hair transplant surgery or PRP hair treatment if nothing works. Over the counter drugs and home remedies may not be as helpful. However, Minoxidil, an over the counter medicated shampoo, could help. Our following page can help you find a better doctor - Dermatologists in India.

My son is suffering from hair loss since two three years. He is 21 years old.Can you please help him ??

Ma'am only a dermatologist can help him. No home remedial solution is effective, and minoxidil is an over the counter drug which should hide balding areas by allowing regrowth of hair, but if even that fails then approaching dermatologist would be the only option left. They in turn could treat him using medications, lifestyle hacks, PRP treatment or hair transplant as the final resort. If need be then this can help - Dermatologists in India.

I would like to take treatment for increasing hair density

To increase hair density you can make use of an over the counter medicated shampoo Minoxidil, it's to be applied once everyday for women and twice for men, on the scalp. Side effects include hair growth on unwanted regions. It should show results in two months but if it doesn't then approach dermatologists, they would start out with medicated treatment and lifestyle hacks, with hair transplant being the final resort - Dermatologists in India.

I’m Aryan Soma, age-21. I am having severe acne/cysts problem. I have visited many dermatologist. But it didn’t worked now because of my tablets and all. Im having a hairfall issue which I can’t bare. Im here to ask you? Do you have a permanent solution for this with quick results like laser treatment.

Acne cysts are the most severe form of acne which need immediate attention for they may lead to permanent acne scars. Intralesional corticosteroid injections are given into the acne nodules and cysts are  drained for faster resolution of nodules and cysts. Diagnosing and treatment of underlying cause is essential to resolve the acne. Oral retinoids are to be recommended in your case. If hair fall is an issue, Dermatologist may recommend blood tests like serum ferritin, vitamin B12, TSH, vitamin D etc which may be the cause of hair fall. Using the right hair supplements with doctor’s prescription according to the deficiencies, may help treat the hair fall concern. Topical solutions containing Capixyl, Minoxidil etc are also recommended to control hair shedding and promote hair growth.

I have itching in my hands & feet it is so bad that when skin comes out it bleeds & it's from last 2 yrs no relief, tried allopathy ayurvedic and even homeopathy can u help ???

Itchy hands and feet may be because of eczema, contact dermatitis to detergents, soaps, sanitisers  and chemicals, Psoriasis etc. Avoiding triggering factors, excess use of detergents, harsh soaps or sanitisers may reduce the severity and acute flares. Good emollients can help restore the skin barrier. Antibiotics may be needed to prevent infections through the bleeding skin. Mild handwashes and soaps are recommended to prevent worsening of the skin prevent stripping of natural oil from the skin. Oral antihistamines, oral corticosteroids may be recommended for a short duration under supervision in case of severe flares by a dermatologist.

I have hyperpigmentation on my skin. I have consulted determotoligst but it's not getting reduced I'm using those creams also in 26 years old

Any hyperpigmentation not responding to creams has to be reviewed. Skin biopsy may be needed to understand the condition and treat accordingly. Sometimes oral medications may also be necessary along with procedural treatments like chemical peels, qsyag laser etc may be needed to get rid of the pigmentation once the diagnosis is established. Understanding the cause and making a proper diagnosis is essential to resolve the hyper pigmentation. For more information please visit dermatologist near you.

itchy hands at night

It could be for any of the following reasons:

  • Hand eczema: Caused by exposure to harmful chemicals and moisture, here you may see cracks, redness, dryness and sometimes blistering too.
  • Contact dermatitis: If your itchiness is caused as a result of allergic reactions, it should resolve within in 48-96 hours. But then you would have to identify irritants in order to avoid them.
  • Diabetes indication: like if it damages your nerves, or liver and kidney, or if you develop an allergic reaction to medicines.
  • Cirrhosis: This condition primarily affects bile, and as a symptom of it you can experience itching, but then you will also experience following symptoms: bone pain, nausea, diarrhea, dark urine and jaundice.
