Sir good afternoon iam asking one question my brother legs black dots since 3 months suffer in decese sir

At times some regions of the body have more melanin content compared to other regions of the body, they cause dark spots to appear. They shouldn't be a matter of concern if your brother isn't experiencing any symptoms around that region.

If your brother is facing some symptom which you couldn't elaborate on, or if his spots match ANY of the following characteristics:

  • They have had some changes in terms of shape/size/color.
  • They bleed.
  • They have oozing, crusty areas.
  • They look like small lumps with uneven, rough surface or flat reddish patch which slowly grows.

If any of the criteria above is fulfilled, then get consulted by a dermatologist. In fact, even if there's no such sign/symptom, a dermatologist can be visited to have a skin test conducted, it is a routine check-up and also a part of preventive measures. You can find specialists through our page - Dermatologists in India.

Suffering from Vitiligo from last 2 yrs. Now White spots and patches on face, lips, ears, fingers, foot, elbow, knees, head, backside.. Pls suggest need to stop and cure. In my family no one has this kind of disease. I am getting frustrated due to this. Is there any proper medical treatment to stop and cure... Pls let me know.

Vitiligo has no cure, but treatments can either restore the original skin color, or lighten the unaffected areas, or slow down progress.
There are medicines to help with this, and even therapies and surgeries, we have briefed on therapies & surgeries below:

  1. Light therapy: Phototherapy using a narrow band of ultraviolet B (UVB) has either stopped or slowed down the progression of active vitiligo. You'll need therapy two to three times a week. And it will take 6 months or longer to see any effect of this therapy. There's a possibility of skin cancer developing so discuss at length what precautions to take, but the side effects are temporary and include: redness, itching, and burning.
  2. Combination of psoralen and light therapy: This treatment starts with you consuming psoralen by mouth or applying it to the affected skin, following which you're exposed to ultraviolet A (UVA) light. This restores skin color to the affected light patches. Sometimes UVA is substituted with UVB.
  3. Depigmentation: A depigmenting agent is applied on the unaffected areas of skin, which lightens the skin so that it blends with the discolored areas. This therapy is performed once or twice a day for nine months or longer.
Side effects include: redness, swelling, itching, and dry skin.
    This therapy is permanent.
  4. Skin grafting: Very small sections of your healthy, pigmented skin are transferred to those areas that have lost pigment. This procedure works for small patches of vitiligo.
Possible risks are: infection, scarring, cobblestone appearance, spotty color or failure to recolor.
  5. Blister grafting: Your doctor creates blisters on your pigmented skin, using suction, and then transplants the tops of those blisters to the discolored patches on skin.
Possible risks are: scarring, a cobblestone appearance, and failure to recolor, additionally, skin damage caused by suctioning may cause another patch of vitiligo.
  6. Cellular suspension transplant: Some tissue are extracted from your pigmented skin, which is then into a solution and transplanted onto the affected area. The results start showing up after four weeks.
Possible risks are: scarring, infection, and uneven skin tone.

To avail treatments that slow down/possibly stop vitiligo, or to at least help in reducing their appearance, you should consider visiting a doctor, our page mentions them: Dermatologists in India.

We do not know how you look and whether your feminine facial features would get the required change and transition, but this treatment is associated with ageing and targets wrinkles as well as facial lines.
There could be surgical manipulations for soft tissues and bones if you seek consultation from a cosmetic surgeon - Cosmetic Surgeons in India.

Acne problem and dark spots Can u tell me the treatment for above written

  • Medicated treatments mentioned below, can help you out (the weaker strength-based versions are available over the counter, but you will require a clinical prescription if you need a stronger concentration):
    1. Benzoyl peroxide (kills acne-causing bacteria),
    2. Salicylic acid (allows exfoliation),
    3. Retinoids (prevents inflammation and pimple formation),
    4. Azelaic acid (anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory),
    5. Topical antibiotics (eliminates bacteria and decreases inflammation).

Caution: They tend to make your skin more sensitive to the sun, so with expert supervision, you would know what kind of sunscreen to use and in how much quantity, therefore read package instructions and consult a physician for beginners.

  • Advanced treatments: if OTC drugs or clinical prescriptions fail, then there are advanced options available too, such as laser resurfacing, chemical peel, dermabrasion and microdermabrasion.

  • To get in touch with experts, refer our page - Dermatologists in India.

  • Your basic skincare routine should comprise of following steps:
    1. Begin your daily routine with face wash which is either of foam consistency or gel, whatever matches with your skin type,
    2. Then apply moisturizer when your face is still wet, to lock the moisture in,
    3. And then use a sunscreen of appropriate SPF,
    4. Repeat aforementioned steps at night, just replace sunscreen with a night cream,
    5. For all these products, you need to know what ingredients they contain and what you are supposed to avoid while buying skin care products that serve people with similar skin type and issues as you.

I have cholesterol white marks on eyes and black moles. I want to remove that from my face. And itchiness on cheeks. What should be the treat for that. I want safe and 100%accurate treatment.

Following methods can help in removing your cholesterol deposits:

  • Surgical removal, laser, and electrodesiccation
  • Chemical cauterization: deploys chlorinated acetic acids to remove the deposits without scarring.
  • Cryotherapy: freezing and removing xanthelasma. Can either scar or change the pigment of your skin.

Xanthelasma can reoccur however, so your doctor may also recommend lifestyle modifications to help manage underlying conditions which is resulting in this.

Also schedule an appointment with dietician so as to:

  • Preferably restrict saturated fats to fewer than 9 percent of your daily caloric consumption.
  • Increase fiber intake.
  • Eat protein-rich food, especially plant proteins like tofu or beans.
  • Consume a moderate amount of calories from monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats.

With this, we would also advice you to adapt these habits:

  • Reduce alcoholic intake.
  • If you smoke or chew tobacco, quit. Talk to your doctor about programs for quitting smoking if you need help breaking the habit.
  • Engage in moderate-intensity cardiovascular exercises.

My hair line is going backward from front side and I am 23 in front so will hair transplant be right?

You should be 25 or above. But if you have hair loss issues, and balding isn't as apparent, then hair transplant surgery can be put on hold and other solutions could be tried instead.

Sir mera lip smoking ke wajah se black type ka ho gya hai..iska treatment possible hai?

Some lifestyle modifications that we would like to suggest from our end:

  • Decrease smoking.
  • Moisturize your lips daily.
  • To protect the lips from ultraviolet rays of sun, use lip balm which has properties of sunscreen or helps in sunblocking.
  • Avoid licking your lips.
  • Don't use expired products on your lips.
  • Never sleep with makeup on.
  • Carry out lip exfoliation regularly.

This is your lifelong routine for lips regardless of whether you will go for a treatment further or not.

Topical creams, chemical peels of varying strength (low/medium/strong), laser toning, or permanent lip tattoos are some of the options that you otherwise have.

I’m Vasundhara and I paid 29000 for 1 ml of a filler that was belladonna. I believe it’s more than twice the price of the product of this amount.

Based on our search, it costs that much only, most fillers per ml cost anywhere between 15,000rs to 25,000rs, and can even exceed this range or cost less than the price range we estimate. It depends on the area that the filler can treat and its brand.

But we may lack expertise, so you can consult other dermatologists and decide for yourself - Dermatologists in India.

I suffered from hair loss issues 2 years back. Now my hair fall issues have significantly reduced. I want to know if it's possible to increase hair density and stop hair loss completely. And also the charges for the same.

If your hair fall issues reduced then there's hope, but a dermatologist would have better tools to judge the condition of your scalp and hair, and may even have more knowledge to arrive at better solutions, visit our page to find doctors with affordable services - Dermatologists in India.
