I am 17 years old I suffering redness on face ,whiteheads on face and blackhead on nose and also oily on nose party and itching and dry ,like dandruff on face
It sounds like you may have acne and skin condition like seborrheic dermatitis. To manage these conditions wash your face twice a day with a gentle cleanser. Avoid touching your face, use noncomedogenic skincare products, try acne treatments, and use a moisturizer. If the symptoms are severe, consult a dermatologist for specialized treatment.

I have psoriasis in the same finger of both the hands. I have tried several treatments but it is not getting any better. How to deal with this?
Psoriasis can be a chronic skin condition that require ongoing treatment. If you have tried several treatments without success, then discuss with a dermat to determine appropriate treatment plan for your condition. Medications, phototherapy, or biologic treatments are few options. Moreover you can try to avoide stress, smoking, and alcohol, and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Dear Doctor I am 38 years old and for the last two weeks I am having dryness, itching and some blisters on my pubic area. Itching is too much, I am applying almond oil, if I stop applying oil, dryness come again, I have done shaving over there.. after that I got too many blisters and itching. Please suggest some ointment and medicine
Dryness or itching are usually due to fungal or allergic infection. Don't use almond oil or any other product on the affected area since it can worsen the condition. Consult a dermatologist and let them check and they may recommend a topical ointment or antifungal or antibiotic cream.

Hi, Im 23 years old, been taking treatments for hyperpigmentation from various doctors and recently a doctor suggested q switch laser of 4 sittings, I got the first N I personally feel tat my face n neck have gone one shade darker thsn before, now confused if I shd take the remaining sittings or not, Please clarify
The skin appears darker or more pigmented usually after the first session of Q-switch laser treatment for hyperpigmentation. The treatment causes a temporary inflammation in the skin, which increases melanin production and darkens of the skin.
Talk to your dermatalogist as they can adjust the treatment parameters or suggest alternative treatment options based on your skin type and concerns.

I am 28 yo female and recently got sclerotherapy done on both legs (last Wednesday so it has been over a week). My veins have gotten worse, they are purple and more visible and quite sensitive to the touch. There is no bruising. My dermatologist said I may have had an allergic reaction to the treatment and suggested I get antihistamines. Will the veins subside?
Veins do appear more visible naturally after sclerotherapy treatment, but they usually improve over time as the body reabsorbs the treated veins. Its best to discuss your concerns with your dermatologist and follow the recommended treatment. Avoid prolonged sitting or standing and to wear compression stockings as recommended to decrease swelling and heal faster.

Hi, I had sclerotherapy done on Wednesday last week. My veins look a lot worse, they as re purple and more visible, there is no brusing and they are also quite sore to the touch/I can feel tiredness in my legs. My doctor said I may have had an allergic reaction to the therapy because I am on holiday in a hot country (Brazil) and prescribed me an antihistamine. Will the veins eventually fade or will I need more treatment?
Bruising and discomfort after sclerotherapy are natural which normally resolves within a few days. But since you said your veins look worse and are more visible after the procedure could indicate a complication. It's good that you have already spoken with your doctor, but still experiencing discomfort or have any concerns, follow up with them promptly.
In some cases the veins may fade on their own over time, but if the issue is related to the sclerotherapy procedure, additional treatment can be needed. Its best to follow up with your doctor to discuss your options and determine the best treatment.

Dear Sir, I have been suffering from vitiligo for more than 5 years. In the beginning, it was spreading less. but now it is spreading fast. My question is how will it be controlled?
Vitiligo causes loss of pigment resulting in white patches on the skin and there is no cure for vitiligo, there are treatment options to control its spread and improve its appearance. Consult a dermat to get it checked.
