I have cervical spondylitis since past 6 months. Doctor prescribed many medicines. But i have headache and itching in head. i feel something crawling in my head and scalp itches too. Now i feel pain in my neck and left hand and heaviness in left side in 2 fingers. I also had physiotherapy for 10 days. I have my MRI report too.
It sounds like you may have a neurological condition in addition to cervical spondylitis. Headache, itching, crawling sensation on scalp, and pain in the neck and hand are all common symptoms of a neurological condition. It would be best for you to see a neurologist for further evaluation and treatment. The MRI report may provide some insight into what is causing your symptoms, but it is unlikely to be the only factor. The neurologist may recommend further tests, such as an EEG or nerve conduction studies, to pinpoint the source of your symptoms. In the meantime, it may be beneficial for you to continue with the physiotherapy and take any medications prescribed by your doctor.

Sir the reason for sudden occurrence of speech problems could be plenty, ranging right from migraines, to stroke, to stress, to some neurological disorder, and for same, we will advice you to get in touch with Speech Therapy doctors in Mumbai, or in any other city that you find convenient. Since the nature of your problem isn't clear therefore we can't arrive at any particular assumption as to how many sessions will be needed for you, but for a single consultation charges can be anything between Rs. 500 to Rs. 3,000.

Why my body is getting to much goosebumps of every time
Sir this can either be a sign of neurotypical disorder, or some other disease which is in its initial stage, so best would be to get examined by general physician. You can refer our page - General Physicians in Mumbai, or in any other city, if it interests you.

I am 48 years old and suffering from carpal tunnel from past 6 years. Earlier problem was not so much but now I am feeling numbness in my right hand while writing or doing any particular work. Should I go for surgery? Is there any physiotherapy after surgery and after how long I can do writing work as I am a teacher
You should go for surgery if your symptoms are very severe and make it difficult for you to do your everyday activities. Yes, after surgery, physiotherapy is done for better flexibility and strength. When can you resume writing and other work depends on the type of surgery you had and other things. It is important to listen to your doctor and start writing only after consulting him.

I had epilepsy since 2004, reflecting on eyes appearing as red and blue light flashing and double vision further mild headheck and vomiting sensation. At that I am not losing consciousness. Last episode appeared in 2015 . I am using Zonisep tablet 125 MG per day till today. Requested for better medical suggestions in this regard.
I recommend taking the medication as prescribed to you by your doctor. But if you experience any side effects from it or want to go for some other treatment, you can talk to your neurologist. He will suggest some other treatments based on your condition like lifestyle changes, CBT or acupuncture etc. Also, follow-ups is must.
