I'm 36 years old male. feeling tighting and freezing at back side of head discomfort at right ear side . and feeling complete energy less. i am unable to walk enough distance.facing this probelm from last 20 days. My recent blood reports shows that vitamin D3 is very less (11). could you please suggest
