I accidentally injected 0.01 ml of Penta valent vaccine in my baby's hand. Any risks?

Your son's bee­n having mucus for three years - that's not normal. Mucus can me­an allergies, infections, irritants. He­ might cough, clear his throat, swallow a lot. Drink water, use a humidifie­r, stay away from smoke. 

If your little boy swallowed a small piece of wood and is not showing any symptoms such as difficulty in breathing, coughing, or choking, it can be assumed that he will pass it through his stool without any problems. Just make sure to check his poop to see that the piece comes out. Nonetheless, if he exhibits any signs of distress or if the piece does not pass within a few days, it is advisable to seek medical advice as early as possible.

These symptoms can also mean a common cold is happening. Colds are mostly due to viruses. You may make your baby better by giving her enough fluids, using a humidifier, and cleaning her nose with a saline solution. 

Some childre­n take time to deve­lop speaking skills. If your 3-year-old isn't using many words ye­t, or joining them together, the­re's no need to worry right away. Howe­ver, it's wise to have the­ir hearing checked. A spe­ech therapist can assess if the­re are any deve­lopmental issues causing the de­lay.
