How long can an elderly patient on peritoneal dialysis with heart conditions expect to live?
my grandfather has been on petrinoeal dialysis for 3 years now, he is bed ridden and 92 years old, and has heart conditions, can we get an estimate of his survival days,so we as a family can get a better picture and be better prepared?

It is not easy to estimate a patient's survival days as they vary. It is prudent to look for advice from your grandfather's doctor who is a sub-specialist in nephrology and cardiology. They may give you a more exact status on his condition and sometimes they can also tell you about the possible complications.
