Masturbation is a regular sexual activity that is natural and healthy. It has no effect on your overall physical well being and your ability in cricket. Moreover, if you want to reduce the frequency but unable to do by yourself, you should visit sexual health specialist. They can assist you in discovering the real problem and give you the needed advice on how to cope up with the situation.

In ayurveda, there is NO medicines (tablets, capsules, goli, bati, oil, tail, cream, powder, churan, vaccum pumps, tension rings, rings, exercise, yoga. or any other type of medicines or procedures) available that could Increase the size of the penis (i.e. length & girth.. motai of penis).
Even if one is ready to spend lacs of Rupees.
Size of penis is not important for satisfactory sexual relationships.
For this one should have a good hardness in the penis & should take sufficient time before discharge.
So please forget about increase in size of penis.

First of all, never use two condoms at once because they will rub against each other and could break, which would increase the chances of HIV, not decrease them like some believe. Also, did you know that there is still a possibility of getting HIV even if only one condom is used? Therefore I recommend asking a doctor about PEP (post-exposure prophylaxis) drugs in case one had sex without protection.

It's normal to wish for a longer stay in the bed with your partner. Being tired or stressed can sometimes delay this. As a good habit, the tougher the day ends, the better you will feel. Running, yoga, and sleeping herbs can also be helpful. If anxiety continues, booking a consultation with a sexologist should fix the issue.
