I'm a 21 year old female and I have 3 small lumps on my vulva. I have had them for 4 years and they haven't given me any problems. Two of them are super squishy and is like a bubble and can be pressed flat. The other one is small and firm under the skin but when I pinch it, it moves somewhere else and then returns to its original spot once I stop fiddling with it.
