I do not know why am I unable to sleep at nights

Female | 27

Insomnia causes difficulty sleeping. Stress, worries, caffeine late in the day could disturb your rest. Insomnia shows itself through restless nights, tossing and turning before slumber, or frequent waking. Develop a calming routine before hitting the sheets. Avoid those bright screens too.

Sir,I am Pavitra Karamchandani.(18 year OCD male patient). You recommended me to take flunil for three months and sir now three months are over .I took it and am feeling a lot better. But sir,I think there is still some chance for improvement. So should I continue it further and for how long?

Male | 18

OCD or Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder can take a long time to get better. It's very likely that you can remain on Flunil for a longer time period to gain relief from any remaining symptoms.

I took herbal medicine and I have been hallucinating

Female | 32

Hallucinations can be a sign of many underlying conditions I suggest that you go to psychologist as soon as possible in order to find out the cause of your hallucinations. You need to give thorough medical history to the doctor in order to help with the diagnosis. Do not medicate yourself. Instead, seek professional help.

My son aged 25 was learnt to be under your treatment.I neither know for what illness nor have his prescription. He is aggressive and wouldn't co-operate if I call him for consultation with you along with me and his mom although he said to have consulted you.The boy is confined to his room and is hostile towards me for reasons unbelievable. His mother, my wife was under Dr vijayakumar's treatment from 2000 for over a period of 10 years. Now she consults another psychiatrist as she was on a transferable job. I am 62 years old and my wife 56 years. She had taken VRS from Bank job six months ago. My son is only child and a pampered one.His behaviour isn't acceptable although he would appear normal. I am worried how I could manage to give him treatment through you as he is aggressive and may also leave home

Male | 25

Aggression and hostility may be symptoms of other problems such as anxiety or depression. It is very important to handle the situation with empathy and patience. Supporting him through the process like by advising him to reach out to a psychiatrist, can be helpful. The main approach to the matter is to allow him to freely express what he feels, thus he will be able to share his issues.

I am having insomnia for almost a week plus. I usually get myself to sleep at around 10pm, but recently always sudden wake up at 1am or 2am, then I couldn’t fall sleep again. It affects my work as I will be looking extremely tired and unable to talk well with my customers. I am not sure what’s happening

Female | 34

It sounds like you may be experiencing insomnia, which means having trouble sleeping. Common symptoms include difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep. One solution is to create a bedtime routine, avoid screens before bed, and try relaxation techniques. If the problem persists, consider talking to a medical professional for help.

See a psychologist or psychiatrist as soon as possible and get treated for any possible mental health issues that may be influencing your symptoms. In addition, go to a nutritionist or dietitian and have them compose a meal plan which will be a part of a healthy weight maintenance.

Female | 16

It seems that you may be going through a type of depersonalization. That means that a person can observe life like an outside spectator from the viewpoint of seeing himself/herself acting. It can be associated with anxiety, stress, and other mental health issues as well. It is highly advised to communicate with someone you trust or a counselor about how you feel. They will be able to provide you with coping mechanisms. Besides, resting well, eating properly, and take a couple of breaths or practising mindfulness can also be beneficial to keep your mind at peace.

I'm experiencing many stress feelings because my past desicions

Female | 20

I don't see any need for worries or fears when you are looking back on your achievements. The most frequent expressions of the problem are anxiety, agitations, and inability to focus on the situation at hand. These responses are a result, in many cases, of suppressed feelings or concern about the future. To handle these emotions, you can use mindfulness techniques such as deep breathing and meditation. Doing other recreational activities and talking to supporting siblings can be both physically and emotionally beneficial. Go to a doctor right away or if you need help desperately, I advise you to see a medical professional. They can give specific care and resources to support you while you go through tough times.
