Urine infection; pus cells -8-10, epithelial cells 10-12
Female | 35
Finding pus and epithelial cells in urine could indicate an infection. Symptoms of this condition may include a burning sensation when urinating, having a frequent need to urinate but passing only small amounts of urine, cloudy or strong-smelling urine. This bacterium could have been introduced into the urinary tract by drinking a lot of water or taking antibiotics as prescribed by your nephrologist.

Can I take creatine if I have kidney stone?
Male | 23
Having a kidney stone might mean creatine isn't safe. Kidney stones can cause your back or side - and sometimes your belly - to hurt. They're normally a group of minerals or salts stuck together in the kidneys. By taking creatine, you could potentially make kidney stones more painful because it adds stress to your kidneys. Get advice from a nephrologist before starting creatine if you have kidney stones.

DMSA-Renal Scan test report The scan was performed 2 hours after an I,v, injection of 150 MBq of 99mTc-DMSA with patient under the gamma camera in posterior, anterior, anterior & posterior oblique projections. The scan shows normal-sized, regularly outlined right kidney in its normal anatomical position with fair homogeneous radiotracer uptake, Mild cortical damage is appreciated is appreciated at upper pole. The normal sized irregularly outlined left kidney is visualized in its normal anatomical position inhomogeneous radiotracer uptake , cortical damage is noticed along its upper margin and lower poles Morphologyicall normal, fair functioning right kidney Normal sized reduced functioning left kidney with evidence of cortical damage along its upper and lower margin
Female | 7
The test report shows that your right kidney is good. But the left kidney has a bit of trouble. Some damage is there in the outer part of the left kidney. You may not have any problems right now. But you should look for pain or change in urine. To help your left kidney, you should drink lots of water. You should also talk to a nephrologist for more advice soon.

My WNC in urine is elevated to 250. What is the cause and treatment?
Female | 49
If your urine has many white blood cells or "WNC," it signifies a urinary tract infection. Peeing may cause pain, and you might feel an urge to pee frequently with cloudy urine. Drinking lots of water helps, but antibiotics from a nephrologist are needed to cure the infection.

hydroniphrosis problem in 2 years baby.before piroplust right kidney work 50%.Ufter piroplust 3 month latter right kidney work 15%...what to do in this sictution
Female | 2
The baby has a condition, hydronephrosis. This is swelling in the kidney from blocked urine flow. It can cause pain, fever, and trouble urinating. Since kidney function decreased, the baby needs more tests like ultrasound or a scan to find the blockage. Treatment may involve a procedure to remove the blockage or medication to improve kidney function. Following the nephrologist's advice for proper care and treatment.
