Doctor has cut most of the part of belly button without any consent of me or my gurdian. Now I am stable but I am bit concern of my future health as one the most important part of my body (belly button) was missed.

Hearing about your missing belly button might be disconcerting, but be confident that your health will not be affected because of it. Your navel does not take part in your health's normal job, so you should be fine. Anyway, however, always watch for any discomfort or abnormality, such as pain or swelling in that specific area. If you do notice something different then you should consult a doctor.
