Iam 55 year old want to do the IVF
Male | 55
It may be hard to conceive as a typical sign. This is because fertility naturally decreases with age. IVF addresses this issue by combining an egg and sperm outside the body and then implanting the fertilized egg into the uterus. It’s advisable to consult with an IVF specialist who can help determine if this procedure is right for you.

Hello ..I am trying to conceive since June 2023 ...I have PCOD I have started taking metformin and clomiphene from Jan 2024... Still not able to conceive My height is 5'1 and weight 60 kg Please help me out
Female | 30
It is difficult to become pregnant with PCOD. This leads to irregular periods and issues with ovulation, as well as increased levels of male hormones. Metformin or clomiphene may be used for regulating the menstrual cycle and promoting ovulation. Ensure you take them according to your doctor’s instructions. Fertility in women with PCOD can also be enhanced by losing weight; therefore, it is important to stay healthy.

My hubby did a sperm analysis test that stated that the mobility is 35% active, 15 % Sluggish and 50% Dead While Morphology stated that 25% is active why 75% is Abnormal And his suffering from a low sperm counts. 20x10million was the sperm counted during the analysis. Can u please explain that these means. The mobility and the Morphology.
Female | 29
The sperm analysis results indicate issues with mobility and morphology, which are important for fertility. With 35% active motility, only some sperm can move effectively, while the majority (50%) are not viable. Morphology shows that 25% of sperm have a normal shape, which can impact their ability to fertilize an egg; 75% being abnormal suggests further evaluation may be needed. Low sperm count can stem from various factors, including lifestyle, health conditions, or environmental influences. I recommend discussing these results with an IVF specialist who can provide personalized advice and explore potential treatment options for improvement.

I had a Beta-Human Chorionic Gonadotropin test done and the results is 2335 does it mean I’m in the 5th week?
Female | 22
A beta-HCG level of 2335 suggests that you could be in the early weeks of pregnancy, typically around the 5th week. However, this hormone can vary widely among individuals. Common symptoms during this time may include mild cramping, fatigue, and nausea, which are all normal. It's essential to confirm the pregnancy timeline with a gynecologist, as they can perform additional tests and offer personalized advice.

My lmp is 4 July and I went for my first ultrasound scan on 27 august when my gestational age according to LMP was almost 8 weeks but the scan measured no fetus nor a gestational sac so I was recommended beta HCG test which reported 3129mIU/ml of HCG measuring to 5 weeks after two on September 10 I went for an ultrasound and my doctor said that the fetus hasn't grown after 5 weeks 3 days.. gastational sac measuring to 1.24 cm ...but my beta HCG report on the same day reported levated level of HCG measured to 6537.. now my doctor has advice to wait for another two weeks what are the chances of baby being there and is just not coming in an ultrasound because I haven't experienced as bleeding or spotting or even a change in discharge nor do I have nausea or vomiting... Although I do have headaches and I do notice Linea niagra showing up
Female | 18
Sharing the fetus's growth data might raise some concerns, but the absence of bleeding or spotting is a positive sign. However, the rising HCG levels and lack of embryo growth on the ultrasound need close monitoring. Symptoms like headaches and the appearance of Linea Nigra are common in pregnancy. Your doctor’s advice to wait another two weeks is sensible for further observation. During this time, focus on staying calm, eating well, and getting plenty of rest.

i am 28 years, sperm count is 22 million total motility 33% progressive motility 30% live 48% dead 52% is it ok for pregnancy
Male | 28
Your sperm count is a bit low, which can be a challenge when it comes to getting pregnant. The motility also low indicates the sperm's ability to move could be a problem. This could result from different causes such as lifestyle problems, infections, or some health conditions. It is important to have a conversation with an infertility sppecialist to discuss ways to increase your chances of getting pregnant.

Agar aapko sperm kam aata hai ya uski consistency paani ki tarah hai, toh yeh kuch karanon ki wajah se ho sakta hai, jaise hormonal imbalance, nutrition deficiency, ya stress. Aapko healthy diet khana, regular exercise karna, aur stress manage karne ki koshish karni chahiye. Zaroori nutrients, jaise zinc aur vitamin C, bhi madadgar hote hain. Lekin, yeh baatein samajhne ke liye ek gynecologist se milna behtar hai, taaki aapka sahi diagnosis ho sake aur aapko personalized treatment mil sake.

An ultrasound report check is always a great and thrilling moment. Frequently seen in the images are the size of your baby and his or her growth and development. The first trimester of pregnancy is often an emotional roller coaster. In case of any question whether it is any discomfort, or you see any unusual patterns, it is a good idea to talk it over with your healthcare provider. They are the ones who are qualified to analyze your test results and to make sure you are healthy and your baby is too. Just a quick repetition that consulting professionals are the most effective way to find the peace of mind you are searching for always.

Male | 38
There are various causes of the problem such as hormonal imbalances, medical conditions, lifestyle decisions, or harmful elements in the environment. The indication may be detected as sexual dysfunction or infertility. The remedies usually include lifestyle changes, medical cures, or reproductive help. In my opinion, the best recommendation is the discussion with your healthcare provider, they are the ones who understand your case and will suggest the right intervention. Your tests indicate that you have increased antibodies to rubella, cytomegalovirus, and herpes simplex virus. Such infections cause difficulties with pregnancy such as miscarriages. Taking vaccines against these diseases may be helpful before the next attempt at conception. It is advisable to talk to a gynecologist about what to do next.

My beta HCG level is 2258 after 14 days of embryo transfer do i have a chance of twins
Female | 30
A beta HCG level of 2258 is indeed promising, suggesting the possibility of a healthy pregnancy. While elevated levels can sometimes indicate a multiple gestation, they are not definitive on their own. Common symptoms to watch for include nausea, fatigue, and breast tenderness. It’s essential to follow up with your gynecologist for a thorough assessment and possibly an ultrasound, which can provide clearer insights into your situation.
