I have swelling in the veins of my neck and head
Female | 49
Having engorged veins in your neck and head can result from pressure or obstructions in the blood vessels. This may be caused by high blood pressure or blood flow issues. A fluid diet, nutritious food, and stress relief are all important aspects to consider. In case of swelling that persists or aggravates, see a neurologist for proper treatment.

I feel liquid in head when i move my head and i feel muscle streaching inside of my head when i move my head
Male | 37
When there is liquid talking in your ear or you hear that whooshing sound when you move your head it might be due to the fluid in your inner ear. the canals of your inner ear might have shifted. This occurs because the balance mechanism in your ear has been tampered. A feeling like stretching could be due to the tension that has grown inside the neck muscles. Try using gentle neck exercises as well as relaxation exercises and when these sensations linger, seek medical assistance.

I am 18 years old and I have been having headaches for 4 years now without it stopping, I have taken migraine tablets for 2 years but it hasn’t stop so I stopped taking medication after 2 years. I noticed that when I am at school I can’t focus properly or do my homework confidently. Also, I am having speaking problems like I don’t know what to say when someone ask me something like for instance what was your experience at this particular school ams also my hands feels stiff every day and my foot pound everyday as well
Female | 18
Migraines, often treated with medication, could be a reason for persistent headaches, making it a challenging condition to manage over the years. Struggling with school or communication difficulties might add to the burden. It's not normal to have sweaty hands and throbbing feet daily. These symptoms could indicate various issues, so it's important to consult a neurologist for the right diagnosis and treatment. Knowing the root cause is key to getting the proper care.

I am feeling extreme pain in head
Male | 36
Headaches can happen due to stress, lack of sleep, or dehydration. Besides that, you might be having a tension headache due to staring at screens for too long. You should try to breathe in a quiet room, hydrate your body, and perhaps use a cold compress on your head. If the pain doesn't go away, it's best to talk to a neurologist.

I have had headache since years. (Approx 4 to 5 years) I used to have Vasograin since then prescribed by a doctor(migraine). But now it is somehow getting little uncontrollable by the medicine! I dont have seizures, or physical disability.
Female | 45
It is concerning that your continuous headaches (4-5 year) with Vasograin as prescribed by a doctor. There might be a need for you to reassess the situation and get medical advise from a neurologist who is well trained in the management of headaches and their complications. They could give a more profound diagnosis as well as offer possible replacement treatment options. Furthermore, don't shy away from visiting the office and speaking with a specialist that can help you out.

Female | 4 months
Your baby might have suffered a nerve injury, possibly something like a brachial plexus injury, which can happen during delivery. I strongly advise you to consult a pediatric neurologist or a pediatric orthopedic specialist as soon as possible. They can assess the situation properly and recommend the best course of treatment.

Male | 27
You seem to experience peculiar sensations in your head. The backstory of occipital neuralgia and antidepressants might shed light. The chilly feeling and tingling atop your head could stem from nerve sensitivity or medication side effects. Keeping your neurologist informed about these symptoms is crucial, so they can offer suitable guidance and potentially modify your treatment if needed.

For the last one and a half years, I’ve been having difficulty with fine motor control only in my right hand. I can move my hand normally, but precise tasks like holding a pen, using a mouse, or typing with my right thumb are difficult and less accurate. There is no major pain or numbness. My left hand is completely normal. I already consulted an orthopedic doctor, and they confirmed there is no bone or joint issue. I would like to get evaluated for possible nerve coordination problems or focal hand dystonia. Please advise if I should undergo a nerve conduction study (NCS) or EMG.”
Male | 32
It could be related to nerve coordination or even something called focal hand dystonia. This condition can affect specific movements in just one hand, causing difficulty with fine motor skills. Since your orthopedist ruled out bone and joint issues, considering a nerve conduction study (NCS) or electromyography (EMG) could provide valuable insights into nerve function and muscle activity. These tests can help pinpoint any nerve-related issues that might be causing your symptoms. It's a good step towards finding the best way to manage and improve your hand coordination.

One of the major culprits for neck pain, shoulder pain, and headache is the disorder called occipital neuralgia, cervical spondylitis, retrolisthesis, mucoceles, and rudimentary cervical ribs, which are the poles opposite to the normal clinical expressions of a person's health. Seek the help of a neurosurgeon specializing in spine disorders.

Severe headache and small bump in the right side of head
Male | 21
It may be a result of a recent head injury or tension headache, among other risks. The bump could be a consequence of the pain. One of the ways that can be helpful is to put a cold pack on top of the bump. Lie down afterward for a short rest. If this still doesn't go away, it is advisable to ask for a healthcare professional's opinion for your own safety.

Male | 18
If your son's migraine medication is making his headache worse, it's important to not stop or change the dosage on your own. Since the MRI results are normal, I suggest consulting the neurologist who prescribed the medicine. They will guide you on whether to adjust the medication or explore other treatment options.
