It sounds like you are experiencing unusual sensations and an increased heart rate, which can be concerning. Such symptoms may arise from stress, anxiety, or even dietary triggers. Staying hydrated, balancing your meals, and managing stress through mindfulness or relaxation techniques can be helpful. Patient got fever at first, in local hospital it was diagnosed as typhoid and she took treatment for 2 weeks then she was feeling good . Then after 3 days she again started vomiting and not able to drink aswell , so she was admitted to city hospital but nothing happened , they suggested neurologist visit. The neurologist did MRI and meanwhile she was loosing her eye sight gradually . Neurologist suggested to immediately move to bigger hospital , on the same night patient was admitted to jipmer multi-speciality hospital (Govt owned). From then last 25 days they are doing multiple tests for MS, NMOSD, AUTOIMMUNE, SPINAL ,EYE ,BLOOD,MRI. But all the reports are coming as negative nothing is diagnosed, meanwhile they are providing treatment like plasma therapy and patient totally lost vision, speech, mobility. Not sure what to do , can someone help us with further directions.
Female | 21
The person who lost vision, speech, and mobility is not positive news. Given the negative reports so far, it's clear that we have other plans in mind. Rare conditions also are a factor that needs to be considered. This included Acute Disseminated Encephalomyelitis (ADEM) or any other rare unknown, and often under-reported neurological disorders that might be the cause of these symptoms. Discuss these issues with a neurologist for the best treatment.

My grandmother got a mini stroke and she is already a cancer patient and while the mini stroke she bited her tounge and immediately we took her to the hospital and the doctor said the stroke has gone to the brain what may it cause ?
Female | 63
Brain injuries like a mini-stroke may cause the brain to not work correctly, thus leaving some of the body weak, causing difficulties to speak, and even confusion. Due to her history of cancer, it is critical to keep a close watch on her as a stroke can complicate her condition. A neurologist will probably suggest some medications and rehabilitation to assist her in recovery.

I am 39 old women feeling lip twitching or vibrating little. Kindly what is the reason
Female | 39
These lip twitches or tremors that you are experiencing are quite common and for the most part, are harmless. On some occasions, these involuntary contractions are because of stress, fatigue, or even the overconsumption of caffeine. If the twitches persist or get worse, you can try relieving stress, getting enough sleep, and reducing caffeine. Make sure you are staying hydrated as well.

Is there any treatment for optical nerve injury vision loss
Male | 32
The optic nerve is crucial for the eyes to send signals to the brain for clear vision. Blurred sight, color vision loss, and even blindness can occur. Causes include head trauma, inflammation, glaucoma, and other diseases. Sadly, damaged optic nerves can't fully heal. But treating root causes and eye care may stop further harm. Seeing an eye doctor regularly helps manage vision changes, and keeps eyes healthy.

My baby was diagnosed with cp still waiting for MRI scan so I want stem therapy for her
Female | 2
CP could result from an injury to the brain before, during or after birth. Indications could be difficulty moving around, rigid muscles and lack of coordination. Although stem cell therapy is still under study, there is no enough evidence supporting its use in CP cases. Treatment plan should be guided by the results of an MRI scan. Let us wait for the scan and then we can talk about what to do next.

I’ve been having a lot of uncomfortable symptoms. After I’ve been sitting for a while, when I stand my lower leg feels numb and tingling. I don’t have a way to check my temperature but I’ve been feeling really hot & cold. I’m worried.
Female | 22
Nerves can get compressed if you sit still for too long. Such a condition makes you feel a tingling sensation when you stand up. If you experience the feeling of extreme heat and cold, then your body is probably unable to maintain its temperature. Try to stretch and exercise a bit more while sitting. Besides, drink enough water daily. If these symptoms persist, consult a neurologist for a more in-depth assessment.

I have vertigo problem .I done some m r i lot's of treatment but no results also I done physiotherapy but no results .with vertigo i hav ear ringing problem.i done hrct scan but it's normal.
Male | 28
When you have vertigo, you may feel like everything is spinning around you; however, this can be very frustrating if accompanied by tinnitus. These two symptoms have been known to persist even after an MRI scan or physical therapy has been done. It’s a good thing that your HRCT scan was normal. In this situation, I would advise you to see an ENT specialist so they can find out more about what might be causing them internally and from outside sources like infections, etc.

You may have narcolepsy. This condition is caused by a lack of brain chemical that controls sleep. Medications can help manage symptoms and improve life quality. But it's crucial to see a sleep specialist for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. Don't ignore symptoms - get checked out by a neurologist.

Male | 53
You can continue medicine as prescribed by your doctor but not to rely on just that. Mostly, surgery happens to be the commonest method to treat this life threatening condition. I suggest to get a second opinion from another neurosurgeon and discuss your case to get specific treatment advice for your situation.

Female | 24
Hey, Welcome to ClinicSpots. We understand your concerns and are here to provide guidance.
Feeling stiffness, pinching irritation, and a sense of emptiness in your head could indicate various underlying factors. These symptoms may stem from stress, anxiety, or even migraines. Stress often manifests as tension headaches or a feeling of pressure in the head. It's also possible these symptoms could be related to migraines, which can cause throbbing pain and sensitivity to light and sound. Additionally, conditions like anxiety can contribute to sensations of head stiffness and quick fatigue. It's important to consider any recent changes in your lifestyle or stress levels that might be triggering these symptoms.
Next Steps to Follow
- Consult a Healthcare Professional: Schedule an appointment with a neurologist or a primary care physician to discuss your symptoms in detail. They can conduct a thorough evaluation to determine the underlying cause.
- Medical Evaluation: Your doctor may recommend diagnostic tests such as imaging studies or blood tests to rule out neurological conditions or other health issues.
- Lifestyle Modifications: Practice stress management techniques, and gentle exercises like yoga or meditation, and maintain a regular sleep schedule to support overall well-being and manage symptoms.
- Follow-up: Keep track of any changes in your symptoms and follow up with your healthcare provider as advised.
Health Tip
Incorporate relaxation techniques into your daily routine to help alleviate symptoms. Deep breathing exercises and gentle stretches can help reduce tension and promote relaxation.

Female | 25
Even if the blood count is normal, it is still important to investigate other potential causes. Drink the right amount of water regularly, follow a nutritious balanced diet, and rest enough to feel well. You may also try to use over-the-counter painkillers that may provide temporary relief while your body is healing. Nevertheless, if your migraine is persisting and even aggravating, kindly seek the advice of a doctor.
