You should consult an orthopedist. Various factors such as injury, overuse, or underlying medical conditions can lead to knee pain. An orthopedic doctor will assess your condition and prescribe an appropriate course of treatment. If the treatment is delayed, this may lead to worsening of condition.

Having leg pain from 30 days
Male | 42
If the pain has been bothering you for a whole month, it is better to get treatment. Besides, leg pain that lasts can be caused by items like strained muscle, abuse, or poor blood circulation. The best solution for leg pain is to rest, apply ice packs, and do light exercises. If the discomfort persists following this treatment, get an opinion from an orthopedist for additional evaluation and medical care.

I have vibration or sensation in scrotum a month ago I do deadlift please gave me permanent solution I'm so worried
Male | 18
The vibration or sensation could be due to a muscle strain from the deadlift exercise, causing irritation of the nerves in that area. In fact, it's a common issue when the pelvic floor muscles get stressed during certain activities. To help, try avoiding heavy lifting for now, apply ice to reduce any swelling, and consider gentle stretching exercises. If the sensation persists or worsens, it's best to consult with a sexologist for a proper evaluation and personalized advice.

Kulhe ki haddi Tut gayi hai meri age 76 saal hai kya operation karna sahi hoga ya nahi answer me. Please tell a suggestion
Male | 76
Generally, surgery is the first thing among older people with a broken hip that is used to help with healing and mobility. The operation may be the only way to heal the fracture by getting it back in the right place. It's crucial to have a conversation about the best treatment approach for you with an orthopedist.

Hi, I got injured while playing football above the ankle but the damage interfered with the ankle thus resulting to severe pains how can I control it
Male | 20
I suggest you consult with an orthopedic specialist right away. This injured ankle may have damaged the joint, which led to a throbbing pain. During this time, you may relieve the pain by applying ice to the affected area; taking antinflammatory medicine and keeping your leg elevated. But these are only short-term fixes, which would require an official diagnosis and treatment from a specialist.

The discomfort you're experiencing might be connected to your meniscus tear surgery. Sometimes after surgery, our bodies can surprise us by reacting in a way that is not expected. I suggest supportive footwear, practicing targeted stretches for the foot, and taking a vitamin D supplement.

i can't move my wrist and arm i think its broken
Female | 15
Falling can cause your arm to break. Bones may crack from an impact, accident, or heavy blow, leading to pain and swelling. Moving the arm becomes challenging. At the hospital, doctors will examine X-rays to identify the fracture. Treatment varies: some breaks can be stabilized with a cast, while more severe breaks may require surgery. Seeking medical care from an orthopedist is crucial to ensure the bone heals properly.
