My age is 73 I have a muscle problem due to this I have started losing grip in my right hand can you recommend some vatiman for this please
Male | 73
When you mention muscle issues and difficulty gripping with your right hand, it suggests some weakness. This could be due to a lack of vitamins, such as vitamin B12. You can get this vitamin from foods like fish, poultry, eggs, and dairy products. It’s a good idea to talk to an orthopedist about your problem for better guidance.

I am 17 years old female. A heavy metal object fell on my knee which caused bruising. I didn't have any pain after that but then in June my knee started to hurt for a few days. The pain was mild. Then in September the pain came back and it was worse. My knee had swelled up a bit, my knee was popping and it hurt continuously for 3 weeks. After that my knee pain calmed down a bit but it has been hurting mildly continuously since then.
Female | 17
Sounds to me like you've somehow injured your knee, which can trigger swelling in the knee, pain, and the popping of the joint. The first impact might cause an internal shift, due to which your symptoms might be explained. Advisably, you should stop addressing your knee; in such cases, the application of ice cubes will, no doubt, help diminish swelling, and finally, resting your leg a little higher might be helpful. Analgesia drugs, such as those bought without any prescription may also, be of some use, but much stress must be given to the examinations of an orthopedist. They can examine your knee in detail and advise on treatments that will help you improve.

I have swelling in my right knee
Male | 26
Your knee can get swollen and the image may be affected by injury, arthritis, or inflammation. Pain, stiffness, and heat around the area are common symptoms. Get relief by taking the calf rest, using the ice, and elevating your leg. Over-the-counter painkillers can be useful in shrinking along with other medications. Resting for a period with some easy physical activities will even speed up the process of healing. By contrast, if the swelling persists, exacerbates the problem, or shows also other symptoms then you are recommended to consult an orthopedist.

I'm afjal after 10 days my back pan my uric acid test report for 5.9
Male | 29
Back pain can happen for many reasons, like strained muscles or poor posture. A uric acid level of 5.9 might be high and could be due to gout, which occurs when crystals form in the joints. To lower uric acid, drink plenty of water and avoid red meat and alcohol, as they are high in purines. It's also important to maintain good posture, do gentle stretches, and avoid lifting heavy objects to protect your back. If the pain continues, seeing an orthopedist is the best way to get proper advice and treatment.

I m getting sharp shooting pain in right side..
Female | 29
It sounds as if you have sciatica. Sciatica causes sharp shooting pains to run down one of your legs. It is caused by irritation or compression of the sciatic nerve in the lower back. This may be from a slipped disk or tight muscles. To help relieve the pain, gently stretch the area, apply ice packs, and avoid sitting too long without changing positions. If these suggestions do not work, consult with an orthopedist who can provide further treatment options for you.

After a fracture, symptoms like swelling, pain, and restricted movement can occur. The blood clot formed due to injury can lead to complications, so it’s important to monitor his condition closely. Typical next steps may include rest, physical therapy to regain strength, and possibly immobilization with a brace or cast. Pain management may also be considered. Regular follow-ups with his orthopedist are crucial for ensuring proper healing and addressing any concerns.

Male | 14
You could be having turf toe, which is typical when doing sports such as football. Turf toe occurs when the big toe joint is injured, and can cause pain. Symptoms are swelling, pain, and limited movement of the toe. To assist in the healing process, try to rest your foot, use ice packs, and wear supportive shoes. Ignoring the pain, and consulting with the family doctor is a better option.

I fall down on bike my leg is swelling and oain
Female | 37
It sounds like you may have experienced a sprain or bruise, which can lead to swelling and discomfort. This reaction is your body’s way of protecting the injured area. To ease symptoms, try rest, ice, compression, and elevation—often referred to as RICE. Applying ice for 15-20 minutes every few hours can help reduce swelling, while keeping the limb elevated encourages fluid drainage. However, if pain persists, mobility decreases, or you notice severe swelling or bruising, it’s wise to see a orthopedist for a thorough examination.

My back is tight and it keeps pulsating. If I try to sleep with my back facing the pillow I get these tightness
Male | 28
Tightness and pulsation in your back can stem from muscle strain, stress, or poor posture during sleep. This discomfort may intensify when resting on your back, as certain positions can strain your muscles. To alleviate these symptoms, consider gentle stretching, using a supportive mattress, and practicing relaxation techniques. Heat therapy may also help soothe tension. If the issue persists or worsens, I recommend seeking guidance from an orthopedist for a comprehensive evaluation and personalized treatment plan. Your well-being is important, and getting expert advice can be beneficial.

I have mild scoliosis is it treatable Is exercise is a good treatment for mild scoliosis
Male | 18
Mild scoliosis is when your spine curves sideways. This twisting condition can cause back discomfort, make one shoulder or hip higher than the other, and make you get tired faster. Exercising helps strengthen spine muscles, improving posture. So focus on stretches and strengthening moves for that curved spine. But remember, regular orthopedist checkups monitor scoliosis progress. They ensure the right steps are taken for your specific curve's treatment.

For bruising on foot ankle bone do I put something on it as I had a fall two weeks ago and have yellow bruising and swelling
Female | 37
The ankle contusion and the swelling of your ankle socket could be blood vessels rupturing under the skin. Such occurrences often accompany injuries. You can alleviate the swelling by placing your foot in an elevated position, applying a cold pack, and using painkillers that are over the counter to control the pain. Besides staying off the feet, which helps relieve the pain, it's best to allow the feet the healing time they need. If the pain does not resolve or worsens, seek the opinion of an orthopedist.

Female | 27
Finger twitches usually aren't serious issues. They often occur due to fatigue, anxiety, consuming too much caffeine, or lack of sleep. The right middle finger's twitch is annoying but typically harmless. Consider getting more rest, relaxing, reducing coffee intake, and sleeping enough hours. However, if this persists beyond a week, consulting an orthopedic specialist might be advisable.
