You may have bad pain in the soft tissues of your foot and ankle. This can occur from things like overuse or injury. Symptoms might include pain, swelling, or problems moving your foot. It is important to rest, ice, and elevate your foot to help it heal. Ask your orthopedist about using special supports or braces to protect your foot while it heals.

After jaw surgery when can i chew?
Female | 46
After jaw surgery, it’s recommended to wait at least 6-8 weeks before resuming chewing solid foods. This allows your jaw to heal properly and minimizes the risk of complications. However, recovery times can vary based on individual factors, so it's crucial to follow your surgeon’s specific instructions. For personalized advice, consult your dentist.

Sir have pain in left knee It was showing as acl sprain and Hyper Lesion on pcl then it mention as gamglion
Female | Ranganayagi
Your symptoms – pain, an ACL sprain – suggest one thing: there’s been some injury there. Hyperextension of the PCL or even just having a ganglion cyst could also cause trouble with movement and make things uncomfortable in general. But don’t worry – rest up that joint, apply some ice on it, and listen to whatever the doctor says needs doing.

Good morning. I was doing high jump in a school, and my leg ankle removed and got my leg a little short. Can it be resolved be straighten it and make it balanced with the other one
Male | 34
You seem to have dislocated your ankle, which can give your leg a longer impression. Such occurrences are observed when the bones in your ankle are misplaced. To correct this, you should go to an orthopedist who can put the bones back into the right place. A splint or a brace may be used by them to enable your ankle to recover properly. Adhering to their recommendations is critical if you want your leg to be straightened and aligned with your other leg. Rest, elevate your leg, and stay away from putting weight on it until you see a doctor.

I am a 20 year old male. I have observed that the growth of my arm bone(both the hands) stopped in teen years which resulted in unusually thin arms. What should I do?
Male | 20
You have skinny arms due to delayed bone growth. This can be caused by factors like genetics, poor diet, or hormones. It's important to see your doctor; they can evaluate your condition and recommend treatment. In the meantime, focus on foods rich in calcium and vitamin D, as these help strengthen bones. Also, working out and lifting weights can build muscle and strengthen your arms. However, your orthopedist’s advice will be the most helpful, so ensure to follow it.

Muscle knots due to stress all over back and neck. Very healthy but slightly high lymphocyte count but doctors say its fine. I am so freaked out
Female | 15
Muscle knots are usually caused by stress. Stress & tension later develops in the form of muscle tightness and discomfort called muscle spasms.
Regarding your slightly high lymphocyte count, if your doctors have reassured you that it is not a cause for concern, it's generally best to trust their expertise. Minor variations in blood cell counts can occur without indicating a serious health issue.

Public ramus bone fracture healing after 50 days attached bone again broke
Male | 25
No. The public ceil bone in your body is not healing as it should be. It was the second damage to the bone that occurred on the 50th day, and it may be because not healing was given a chance or overloading has been the case. You could experience pain, swelling, or difficulty in moving. Besides, it's necessary to visit an orthopedic surgeon since they will also propose other treatment options, such as a brace or possibly surgery to help the bone heal correctly.

Female | 18
This may occur due to torn muscles or because the tendons gained injuries. Unrelenting pain might require more therapeutic medications, such as physiotherapy, and it can also go to surgery if the scan shows the result. You took the right path first to have the scans done. Take breaks ask for help, and visit an orthopedist.
