Hello after masturbation my skin in the penic got swallen in the front and middle and I was kind of worried about what I should do.
Male | 27
It may be an inflammation or injury. Its important to practice good hygiene and avoid any further irritation or injury to the area until the swelling has gone. Consult an urologist if it doesn't heal.

I believe I have peyronies my penis bends to the right when previously straight. I understand that you can loose size with this condition and as I have not got a large penis I am concerned.
Male | 70
You may be suffering from what is known as Peyronie’s disease where your penis becomes bent whereas before it was straight. Some signs can include an erection that is curved and possibly pain during intercourse. This occurs when scar tissue forms inside the shaft of the penis. There may also be some loss of length although not always; this varies from person to person.

For 2 years I've been having symptoms of painful ejaculations - it feels like my urethra closes for a few seconds while I ejaculate, I start feeling pain and after that semen comes out. Sometimes, after ejaculation there's a bit of blood. I've done tests for sperm and urine and they're clean, no UTIs, infections or STDs, and my prostate is not enlarged. I've been to multiple doctors and they all prescribe antibiotics which don't help at all, ever - no change of symptoms from antibiotics. The only pill that ever helped (briefly) was betamsal (tamsulosin). After ejaculation, peeing sometimes is painful and slow.
Male | 30
You are having some problems with ejaculation, sometimes experiencing pain and even blood afterward. Even though your tests are negative, such symptoms might be caused by other conditions such as urethral stricture or pelvic floor dysfunction. These conditions can sometimes be unnoticed in routine checkups. Go to a urologist for further assessment and possibly get some treatments that are specifically designed for your condition.

This past Saturday, I experienced a sharp pain in the testicle and perineal area. Since then, I've been feeling the urge to urinate every five minutes, but when I do go, it's typically around 20 minutes later. The pain from Saturday vanished immediately, though initially, I thought it was related to needing to have a bowel movement, which didn't happen. While I'm not in pain, I constantly feel the need to urinate. Additionally, I'm dealing with a hemorrhoid issue that requires immediate attention; there's minimal blood when I strain. I've tried to see a doctor for the past month, but I don't have insurance. Should I head to the hospital or wait until I can obtain insurance? Again, I'm not experiencing any pain, just frequent urination.
Male | 49
Combining the symptoms you have stated, you may suffer either a urinary tract infection or prostate inflammation. I would suggest you come to see a urologist for a diagnosis and proper evaluation. Concerning your hemorrhoid situation, the advanced procedure is only available by consulting a proctologist immediately.

Experiencing stinging after masturbating and blood in semen as a trans woman is concerning. Though you may feel uncomfortable, it's crucial to prioritize your health and consult a healthcare professional, preferably a urologist or a doctor specializing in transgender healthcare.

I am a young man aged 23. Recently, I have been passing a white watery fluid from my penis and I sometimes feel a sharp pain when I urinate. I had unprotected sex with my partner and I think she may have infected me with something, not sure what it is. I know the sooner the better but how long can I take before getting treatment for it to be severe
Male | 23
The symptoms you mentioned (white discharge, and painful urination) could indicate an infection that requires treatment. Infections left unattended can worsen. Hence, it would be best if you tried to see a urologist who will diagnose you correctly and give you the appropriate treatment soon.

After ejaculation sperm not pass out through penis why?
Male | 26
After a man ejaculates, semen should come out through his penis. If it doesn’t, there might be a blockage or something wrong with the tubes that carry sperm. This can cause pain in one’s testicles or lower stomach area. It is important to consult with a urologist who can conduct tests for an accurate diagnosis. Treatment may include surgery or other procedures to correct the problem so that the sperm can exit the body normally.

Hello im 21, male. Its been two months since i have some difficulties evacuating and when i wipe there is some bright red blood. Also when i need to fart i feel a spiking pain in the lower right part.

Bright red blood is mostly due to hemorrhoids or anal fissure. You need to consult with a gastroenterologist asap to determine the cause and get proper treatment at the earliest. Dont delay since it can lead to more complications in future.

2 years ago I got operated from kidney stones and doctors placed 2 stunts in ureter. Post removal that i still feel mild pain in urinal tract. Why
Male | 40
It's not uncommon to experience mild discomfort in the urinary tract after stent removal, as your body may still be adjusting. Symptoms like this can arise from irritation or inflammation following the procedure. Staying well-hydrated can help alleviate some discomfort. However, if the pain persists or worsens, it’s essential to consult a urologist. They can assess for any underlying issues, like infection or residual stones, and provide appropriate treatment.

I want to ask about the normal erection angle .. my erection angle is about 85 degrees and slightly curved down is that normal. I am 40 years old and I realized that from the first erection I was 12 year old .. I jus have intercourse once when I was 39 years old .. Is intercourse painful to the men? Because I was using a condom I felt that my penis in boiling water. I am taking euthyrox for hypothyroidism
Male | 40
Various factors need to be considered. The sensation you feel because of using a condom may be because of an allergic reaction. You can try some other brands. If you have any fear or pain with the curvature or during intercourse, you should see a urologist. They will assess your condition and prescribe the right treatment.

I'm a male 27 years old For more than a month and half i had unsafe sex without penetration and the next day i went to a dr. To prevent stds he gives me a dose of certifaxone and zithromax (azithromycin) A month later i felt uncomfortable because i stopped masturbating, I thought if i masturbated i will feel normal, i made a kind of force masturbating without full erection then my penis got swelling from below part, the day after this symptom left and i started to feel pain in the right testicles. I went to the urologist and i made urine analysis the pus rate was high from 10-15 and RBCs were 70-80 he gave me (qunistarmax - levloxacine) and cystinol, celebrex, Avodart, rowatinex and after 10 days after finishing i made another urine analysis and all rates were good but i still have mild pain in right testicle sometimes and in pubic area from the right side and having a symptom of dropping pee after finishing all pee then i made ultrasound on prostate and was 21gram and testicles with normal epididymis and recently then i reached another urologist and he give me what i am taking now Prostanorm and ciprofloxacin then vibramycin After having half of ciprofloxacin and prostanorm andi found a sign in my underwear like cum or pre cum with no excitement Do I have resistant std bacteria or prostate problem ?
Male | 27
It appears you might have symptoms that are more consistent with a problem in your prostate than an unresponsive sexually transmitted bacteria. Symptoms such as pain in the testicle and pubic area together with difficulty passing urine may well point towards a prostatic origin. Ciprofloxacin and Prostanorm belong to the drugs given to you by your urologist. You need to take them for their full course as instructed since they are meant to address issues related to this gland.

What medication is suitable for this symptom: Painful urination, slight yellowish discharge from penis, excessive urge to pee
Male | 44
You may have an infection based on these signs: peeing hurts, yellow discharge appears from your private area, and you feel like peeing frequently. This could be a urinary tract infection or gonorrhea, a sexually transmitted disease. Antibiotics can treat these infections effectively. Visit a urologist for proper treatment.

accidentally received a mild blow to my testicular area, causing immediate pain. However, afterward, I noticed that my erections became slow, weak, and less enduring. Could the blow be the cause, considering it wasn't severe
Male | 35
For sure, the testicular area, which is delicate, is affected by the mild blow that breaks blood vessels and the nerves that supply the penis with blood. It would cause erectile failure. A visit to a urologist should be a consideration for evaluation and treatment.

Mere testis me pain hai or penis me bhi lagbagh 2 months
Male | 22
Enduring testicle and penis pain for around 2 months isn't normal. This lingering pain demands attention. Infections or inflammation often cause such prolonged discomfort in these areas. Consulting a urologist is vital for proper examination and testing. Early treatment can alleviate the pain swiftly and prevent any potential complications from arising later on.

It began when I was approximately eight years old, occuring once at that time, I had to use the restroom to urinate, and upon returning to my bedroom, I experienced a strong urge to urinate again in a large volume. After that incident, it did not happen again for a long time. As I grew older and entered my teenage years, the issue resurfaced. I started urinating frequently with short intervals and in significant amounts. It can endure for a few minutes to several hours. When it occurs, my urine takes on a cloudy color, and the final urination is slightly yellow, indicating it's the last one. There is no pain, and it can happen in the morning or at night, but the nighttime instances bother me more. The pattern is intermittent, with breaks lasting weeks or months. I initially suspected diabetes and tried a diet, leading to very low blood sugar, especially since I am an active person. The urge to urinate returns when I stay up all night, possibly influenced by hot temperatures making my genital sweaty. Surprisingly, hunger or low blood sugar doesn't trigger it, however how can a diabetic individual experience decreases in blood sugar without the use of medications? Strangely, during these episodes, my hands feel dry, persisting until the frequent urination stops.
Male | 19
You're experiencing nocturia, a condition causing excessive nighttime urination. Drinking lots before bed or urinary infections can cause nocturia. Limit fluids before sleep and empty your bladder before bed. If it continues, consult a urologist to identify underlying issues.

Experiencing constant peeing sensation and slight pain
Female | 23
It looks like you may have an infection in your urinary tract. Signs are peeing often and feeling some pain. To help, drink lots of water, don't hold your pee, and have cranberry juice. If no better, it's key to see a urologist who can give you medicine to fix it.
