I have pain in my penis please help me when every i go for pee it's hurts me badly
Male | 20
You seem to have symptoms of a urinary tract infection (UTI). This causes pain when peeing. You might also need to urinate frequently. Your urine may look cloudy or smell unusual. Drinking lots of water and not holding in your urine can help. Sometimes antibiotics are required from a urologist to get rid of the infection. It's crucial to address a UTI promptly to feel better fast.

I'm 21 old male I have 1 week pain testicular minimum little bit little bit pain
Male | 21
Experiencing discomfort in the testicular area can result from different factors, such as inflammation, infections, or even minor injuries. It's important to monitor any other symptoms like swelling, fever, or changes in urination. Some sicknesses may go away on their own, but more times than not, prolonged pain will prompt you to ask for medical help. My advice would be to schedule a meeting with a urologist to go over your complaints.

UTIs can be caused by too much sexual activity. Anti-microbial hygiene, strong excretions, and urination after sex are important. There is a possibility that cranberry juice can keep UTIs away. It is vital to visit a urologist for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Mere bund bund karke peshab ata hain peshab karne ke baad me aur mujhe erectile disfunction bhi hain ilaj btaiye please mam.
Male | 22
The difficulty in passing urine in small amounts could be due to a condition called urinary retention, which might be affecting your bladder emptying completely. This, in turn, could also be linked to the erectile dysfunction you're facing. It's essential for us to investigate further to understand the root cause. I recommend you schedule an appointment with a urologist who can evaluate your symptoms thoroughly and recommend appropriate treatment options tailored to your needs.

Hello Yesterday my daughter eat 4 pink cotton candy n her urine is in pale pink is it due to cotton candy? Still today it is Pink only
Female | 20
Pink colored urine can occur after eating pink cotton candy. The food coloring causes this change, usually harmless. It should disappear on its own. Make sure she drinks water to help flush the system. If it persists over a day or any pain occurs, see a urologist. For now, have her drink lots of water.

I am 28 years male, having tight foreskin.
Male | 28
It's common for some men to experience a tighter foreskin, a condition known as phimosis. This may lead to discomfort during sexual intercourse or when cleaning. Often, it can result from natural anatomy or inflammation. Gentle stretching exercises can help over time, but it's important to do this carefully. In some cases, medical intervention such as topical treatments or, rarely, surgical options like circumcision may be necessary. I recommend consulting with a urologist who can provide tailored advice and ensure your concerns are addressed safely and effectively.

Thanks for this service.. I have pain on my left testicles and my penis is small and when stretch it increases large
Male | 18
It seems that you may be suffering from testicular torsion. It is formed when the spermatic cord twists, which stops the blood supply to the testicle and leads to pain and swelling. Well, your penis might be going longer after stretching due to Peyronie's disease, which makes scar tissue in the penis. It's essential to consult a urologist for an accurate diagnosis and suitable treatment.

Male | 26
Bladder infections occur when bacteria enter your bladder. They may cause pain in one side of the bladder region. This can lead to frequent urination and a burning sensation when peeing. You might constantly feel like urinating, even after going. Drinking plenty of water helps flush out bacteria. Antibiotics are usually prescribed by a urologist to treat bladder infections effectively.

I'm getting hot feeling on it and when I go to toilet and I try to pee it gets so strained and painful mmmy urine it's not on a normal colour..it has become bit dusty.. Please I need clarity on what's wrong is it an STI or ?
Male | 19
The burning pain, hot feeling, and difficulty peeing with dusty-colored urine could be a urinary tract infection (UTI). UTIs can attack anyone and can happen without the involvement of STIs. It's vital to drink water and consult a urologist to get the right treatment, which might include them prescribing antibiotics.

Hi doctor I have prob in pee time
Male | 19
It sounds like you might be experiencing some difficulties related to urination. Common symptoms can include discomfort, urgency, or changes in frequency. Several factors can contribute to these issues, such as infections, dehydration, or underlying health conditions. Staying hydrated, practicing good hygiene, and avoiding irritants like caffeine can help improve your situation. However, if symptoms persist or worsen, I strongly recommend consulting with a urologist. They can provide a thorough evaluation and tailored advice.

Feel like if it itches me when I urinate and it feel ok when I gentle massage it on the particular spot I do feel the pain
Male | 24
As it feels better when you massage the area, It sounds like you might have a urinary tract infection or maybe some irritation in that particular spot. When you massage it, you might be temporarily relieving the discomfort. It's essential to stay hydrated and try to avoid any harsh soaps or perfumed products in that area. I recommend you see an urologist for a proper evaluation and possibly some tests to determine the exact cause. In the meantime, you can try drinking plenty of water and maybe using a warm compress for some relief.

Good evening, male, 47 y/o. For about 30 years I have been suffering from pelvic pain that arises ONLY a few hours after ejaculation. The pain originates precisely at the base of the scrotum and extends over hours to the entire scrotum and sometimes to the shaft of the penis. It arises as an itch, then a pinch, then grows in intensity until it becomes aching with a strong sense of heat accompanied by pronounced relaxation of the scrotum. Ice and (sometimes) supine position are the only things that provide temporary relief. I should add that prolonged abstinence has always given me discomfort and sensation of urinary urgency, which disappears with orgasm. Until two years ago the pain disappeared with sleep at night, so I only had regular sexual activity before going to sleep, and in this way I had a normal sex life and children. Then it began to occur EVEN THE NEXT DAY starting around noon and escalating into the evening, then (usually) disappearing the next morning. Over the years I have consulted several urologists. In 2001 the first transrectal ultrasound (all negative). Recent worsening of symptoms (i.e., their persistence even the next day) prompted me to confront other urologists, who were unable to help me. Prescribed spermioculture and Stamey test (all negative), prostate echo normal (some calcification). For the past two years I have been taking prostate supplements, anti-inflammatories, muscle relaxants, PEA etc without success. I tried acupuncture, ozone therapy, craniosacral osteopathy, TENS, pelvic floor physiotherapy (identified and treated contracted "triggers"), without success. A neurologist hypothesized muscular causes possibly related to a tempomandibular dislocation (hypothesis ruled out by maxillofacial surgeon) and prescribed Mutabon Mite 2 cpp/day which I took for three months, without success. A psychologist specializing in chronic pain has suggested nociplastic (psychogenic) pain and is helping me to manage the distress this problem causes me, but unfortunately not to reduce it as I had hoped. Thanks to her, however, I was able to accurately track the point of origin and course of the pain (so-called "somatic tracking"). On the advice of the GP I went in February to the Niguarda Hospital Pain Therapy where, with hypothesis pudendal neuropathy, I was prescribed pelvic MRI (resulted adductor enthesopathies), lumbosacral MRI (resulted disc dehydration, asymptomatic), pelvic EMG (no abnormalities), physiatric examination (no abnormalities). I have follow-up visit in September to evaluate nerve block, but in light of the negative EMG I don't know what they will say. In the meantime I have been prescribed Pregabalin 25+25 and then 50+50, which makes me sleep very well but has no effect on the disorder, so I will insist a little longer and then I think I will discontinue. I am very frustrated, I am asking if anyone reading me has any idea, if not of a treatment, at least of a diagnosis that I've never been given. Thank you.
Male | 47
The pain you experience in your penis and scrotum after ejaculation is understandably uncomfortable. You've consulted many doctors and tried various treatments, but the cause of your pain remains elusive. Your proactive approach to seeking help and trying different therapies is commendable. While doctors are considering possibilities such as pudendal neuropathy, a clear diagnosis has yet to be made. Unfortunately, I cannot provide a definite diagnosis or solution at this moment, but you must continue to follow up with your urologists.

I am getting pain while urination and blood in urine from last 1-2 days.
Female | 27
The signs of the infection can be in your urinary tract or even kidney stones. The critical factor is that you should drink lots of water, and it is always better not to keep urine in the bladder. See a urologist as soon as possible, who will give you a proper assessment and prescribe the right treatment.

After RGU test I don't get erection and my penis length and girth size decrease so much what can I do now.
Male | 20
Some people may find it difficult to get an erection after an RGU test and may also observe a reduction in the size of their penis. This could be due to swelling or temporary irritation following the procedure. It would help if you had time for yourself; allowing healing. Light stretching and massaging can help improve blood circulation. If this matter persists, talk to your urologist.
