I was diagnosed with lung melanoma 6 months ago. Doctor gave three suggestions immunotherapy, radiotherapy or just asked to wait for three months and then do a PET scan again. And if the situation change, then only go for therapy. Otherwise, repeat the test after another three months. I am unable to take any decision. Can you please suggest to me what I should do now? Should I go for a second opinion or choose therapy?

Hello, my age is 41 years and I am facing severe pain in my back shoulder, and legs. Also, an itchy feeling in my breast area, and one of my breast size is reduced. Please guide me on what should I do as my symptoms show a possibility of cancer.
